Nancy now moving to Dr. Marcus’s office offered no customer service when I told her that her previous employee may not have performed the procedure correctly. If Nancy had done the hair removal herself I’m sure it would have worked but she didn’t and now I have spent 2000 yes two thousand dollars on five treatment only to have her tell me come in pay more money to me so that I can evaluate. She should have offered to at least re do the visits she did not perform herself or at least gotten on the phone herself to come up with a solution.
