BDK Septic Service

Everyone at BDK was wonderful to work with — very professional and very good. We called them on MLK day, pretty desperate to get our septic fixed as it was backing up. They were there within hours, and arrived exactly on time as promised. We very much appreciate their great work.

We used BDK Septic for the annual pump and maintenance of our system. They were great. They came out and took care of everything (even digging up the second lid which I did not know about…). Fast, professional and I would highly recommend them for septic needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I also feel that their rates are very fair. Especially since they had to find the tank, dig it out, and then do their work. They told me that we had a problem with roots growing into the line, cut a bunch of ten out and how to deal with it to prevent future problems.

Let’s face it — it could be really difficult to say something bad about a pair of men who come to your house, stand on the boards of your septic box, and suck all of your poop out with a hose, so Justin and the other man with him already get 5 stars.
The truck showed up 15 minutes early, gave me a moment to get my dogs put away and then took care of EVERYTHING. I was home by myself and was not the least bit uncomfortable.

These are the people to call. Straightforward, reliable, and honest. They took the time to explain the problems we were experiencing and the proposed solutions, took care of business, and left me with a comprehensive understanding of our system, the maintenance it requires, and lots of tips on how best to utilize the system for maximum longevity.
Ben and the gang seem to do a fair bit of repairing of other companies’ previous work, which speaks to their competence and integrity. I feel their prices are fair.

BDK Septic Service is a reliable service that provides inspections and septic tank pumping services. I called for an inspection of my septic tank in the afternoon and they showed up the next day. I had just had Mr. Rooter out to pump the tank for $ 500 and they said it needed $ 2145 in repairs. BDK inspected the tank and told me that it was beyond repair and that it had to be replaced. The back wall had blown out and the baffle work and patch job Mr. Rooter recommended was not appropriate. In fact they said that if anyone dug out the back side that the tank would probably collapse. Additionally the tank was cracked all the way around. Ben recommended two different contractors to bid the replacement, called them, scheduled appointments, and charged me nothing. Thanks guys, you saved me $ 2145 and probably a collapsed tank! BTW: BDK pumps tanks for $ 395.
