Michael is excellent at what he does. He knows and understands body mechanics very well and has a gentle but effective approach. He has helped me work on my alignment and posture. Working with Michael has given me more awareness about the way I move my body. I highly recommend getting treatment with him if you are experiencing any kind pain due to injury or over use.

Between chiropractic and physical therapy is The Alexander Technique. Michael doesn’t manipulate my body as much as he asks it how it would like to stand. Then he trains it to maintain that neutral posture and prescribes the exercises that would correct any deficiencies of strength or flexibility until my frame is supporting my own weight without strain.

Michael Joseph is highly knowledgeable about the body, specifically the musculoskeletal system and how various muscles and bones work together. Though a series of coaching and therapy sessions, he has helped me improve my range of motion and virtually wipe out pain in certain joints. It is amazing to me how simply realigning my body and changing certain habits based on the Alexander Technique has made a difference.
I highly recommend him for anyone suffering from body pain, joint soreness and stiffness and almost anything related to posture.
