I gave American Drywall two stars only because they were prompt in meeting with us regarding our damaged drywall from a roof leak a couple of years ago. Not a big job but quite unsightly and it needs to be repaired. Robert was at our house within an hour, we discussed fix and repair options and he said that he would e-​mail us an estimate that evening (Thursday). By Monday still no estimate so I called and left a message since I felt maybe there was a miscommunication on when we were to expect the estimate. To this day, no estimate and no return call to explain why. Very unhappy with their customer service following his inspection.

Oh my, in the spirit of honesty I have no choice but to downgrade my review. You see, shortly after the job was completed I noticed a few places that needed a touch up. Not an issue, except my calls and e-​mail went unanswered. That’s right, folks. Am Drywall disappeared as soon as the the check was deposited. Still Five stars? I don’t think so. Sorry Robert, but that’s no way to run a business; not if you care about your customers and what they will tell others about you.

I needed a professional drywall company to re-​do my master bath walls before I had a home appraisal. I called on a Sunday and Robert was able to come out and take a look the SAME DAY! What phenomenal service. I received my professional emailed quote later the same night. WOW! Betsy and Robert were in constant communication with me on the project and they arrived on time, finished up sooner than I’d even expected and left the job site neat and clean. They even helped me seal up a few holes in another ceiling that I couldn’t fix myself after installing some recessed lights. SO. If you’re in need of a professional, local, courteous drywall company. Choose this one. You’ll be so glad you did. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
