I called Beth at Air Connection 3 times over 1 week and she did not return any of my calls. On the 3rd call she told me I was in luck and would send Mark out to service my Water furnace geo thermal AC. Mark arrived and found multiple problems and said he would send an estimate to repair. He sent several expensive estimates all with individual travel time and I asked if he could consolidate into one estimate-​travel time. They refused and said they would not work on my system. The company does not return e-​mails or calls.
