Still my favorite. Best food. Great people. Best coffee in Santa Rosa. What more could you ask for?

Nice setting and delicious coffee. Also, I am switching to half caff & they had a fantastic decaf that was medium roast. This has been very difficult for me to find elsewhere… theyr’e normally dark roast. So, I am loving this place. Will visit every chance I get when in Petaluma.

My friends made us go. I was honestly expecting some pretentious hipster coffee shop. I was completely wrong. The atmosphere was laid back. There was a long line, but it moved fast. The staff were all friendly and the coffee was EXCELLENT! I got a mocha(no whipping crème because they’re not savages), my friends got an Americano and a Cappuccino. We all had a nice chat in with our girly Italian brews and remembered how nice it was when we used to have good coffee shops all over town.

BEST Almond Milk lattes ever! not only is the coffee delicious(actually everything i have tried is amazing!) but they use the Califia brand barista milk, which is free of all the junk in the other brands(ahem Whole Foods & Peets!) and is super creamy and tasty! The staff is friendly, helpful and they have a huge assortment of fresh food items, some healthy & Gluten Free options as well! Now we just need more than one Santa Rosa & Petaluma locations!

Great coffee, great staff! Love all that! Really disappointed when you come to meet friends and there are many single tables taken up with just one person and a laptop and nowhere to sit. Kind of like now! Would be nice to have all computer users at the window area to make tables available to more people.

Acre has become more consistent with their coffee and it’s much appreciated. The wait can be a bit much at times but the product is quite good and no comparison to the Starbucks swill. The food is just a touch better than average and if you order anything that has to be made it does take an absurdly long time. Do expect a hipster beard of three and at least one will be driving an old style mail truck with the sliding side doors.

Looks like Montgomery Village is finally coming around to the 21st century. The new Sea Thai is beautiful and delicious. And this super cool and warm place is turning out the best espresso in town. One day, even Cattleman’s might remodel, clean up, or just fade away. So so so happy that the village decided to give up the frump. We love Acre Coffee.

Great coffee. Nice change from Starbucks and wasn’t too strong. This store is right in Montgomery village. Parking can be a lil bit of a challenge but there are typically plenty of spaces. Me, I live down the street so I just walked. The line to order had a bit of a wait time but overall, great place!

Definitely my new favorite place for coffee. Coffee is flavorful and excellent in quality. Best hazelnut latte with almond milk. Breakfast egg fritada sandwich was buttery and delicious with great texture. Cookies very tasty. Customer service is exceptional and genuine. Doesn’t feel scripted or forced. Décor and layout is also lovely. Black and white French, country style. Coffee drinks served with that clever heart drawn in the foam. Keep it up Acre!

Best espresso I have ever had. Not only is their espresso great, but I tried their coffee today and it is splendid. The vibe is pretty sweet with a lot of tables for working and outside seating for basking in the sun. The employees are very kind and know their stuff. The place is always bustling(in a good way). Acre is my new go-to.

Great Drinks, friendly staff and wide selection of freshly roasted beans! My family and I come every weekend to purchase their coffee beans for our home expresso machine. It produces such a nice expresso shot… Most of their blends available are within a week of its roast date! When we purchase drinks, our favorite barista is Andrew! He makes the BEST almond milk latte. We are still trying to duplicate the same drink at home. Thank you Acre Coffee!

I was excited to see coffee art on their reviews. I asked the cashier if we can get that and she said it’s really up to the barista. I asked if we can request it and she said it’s really up to the barista. I ordered a caramel almond milk latte. She explained because there wasn’t much fat in he almond milk that the art probably won’t even hold up any way. I wasn’t going to jeopardize my health for art so I wasn’t expecting it anymore. I ordered a coffee as well. The cashier wasn’t rude about me requesting coffee art, however she made me feel kind of uncomfortable for asking. She didn’t engage in my conversation. The coffee was ok and the latte was ok. I did get a heart on my latte which I posted a picture of. The STAFF however was unpleasant. I sat in and just observed the staff. It was like no one liked their job. No one was smiling or extra polite. No greetings, no response. I was really excited to try this place because of their reviews, I guess it was a bad day for everyone working. I’m not too sure if I’d recommend this place to a friend. My first experience was not a pleasant one. Note to manager: your staff needs more training on customer service.

Just paid 3.50 for a very watery cold brew coffee. It is also incredibly lacking in any flavor besides a basic acidic flavor. Won’t go back. As I was tipping and putting away my change the cashier welcomed the woman behind me to come up to the counter, where I was deftly putting away my change but still the counter was my transaction area, so it made for a very impersonal awkward and rushed situation. It was the equivalent of having«NEXT !» screamed in my ear.

Extremely busy… not a lot of places to sit. Though quite a few chairs and tables. NOW …the staff. No smile at the counter as expected. She took my name without getting it right… I’m glad she got M right or might still be waiting for my Americano. I looked around and no staff where really smiling till the guys of the group showed up . Americano was really good. Had frittata sandwich it was okay. I’d come back. Without no real expectation to Feeling welcome.

As much as I still love Acre Coffee I’ve come down off my new coffee place high. Latte’s are definitely their strong suit. I’ve since tried their black coffee and it has a burnt taste and doesn’t have near the care put into it that the espresso-based drinks do. The cashier was also quite rude to us which brings their customer service down. Not to mention the line was out the door today so service was not only testy but also slow.

4 ½ Stars Acre Coffee is the nicest coffee/tea shop in my vicinity of Santa Rosa. I enjoy it most of the time, like when it isn’t jam packed on weekends. Mid-morning during the week is good and often very pleasant. They have all sorts of the usual types of coffee drinks and fresh brewed teas served in French coffee presses. I ask for ceramic cups or mugs when I stay to enjoy the nice shop or outdoor tables. Something relatively recent is the offering of Revive Kombucha on tap! It is a very healthly, lightly effervescent, fermented drink served cool. It does a tummy good. Try it with one of Acre’s grilled cheese sandwiches or breakfast frittatas. Acre is a good place to people watch. All manner of laptopping, smartphoning, and iPodding just like most coffee shops. But, Acre has an upscale, semi-sophistication to it that you might expect in the affluent Montgomery Village Shopping Center. Acre Coffee is not an acre big. .. but, apparently they think big. Fill my cup, Acre Coffee, I like to think big too. Review 0155 Feel.

Cute place with an enjoyable atmosphere. I decided to come here on a Saturday around 9:30 a.m. and it was already very busy. Luckily, they had at least five people working(and maybe even more in the back), so the line went fast. This coffee shop is located in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking. The actual shop has beautiful large windows and high ceilings with plenty of seating. It felt clean, modern and like some place I could hang out for awhile and enjoy myself. The coffee menu comes in 8oz, 12oz and 16oz sizes and I opted for the 12oz mocha. It was delicious and even came with house made whipped cream. Hooray for Acre Coffee! For breakfast, I got an egg & cheese frittata breakfast sandwich which was good but slightly greasy. This place is worth checking out if you are going to be in the area and want coffee.

Solid coffee house. The décor is much more modern and hipster than comfy and beatnik but everyone is welcome. A dad was reading quietly to his young son near me. Nice. Good coffee and my yogurt/granola/fruit mix was tasty but not otherworldly. It sure looked pretty, though. Plenty of free parking and plenty of seating inside, including communal tables. I generally like my coffee houses a little less sterile but I’ll support a local joint over a big green mermaid any day.

Love the vibe at Acre Coffee. It’s somewhere I want to go just to hang out! The first time I saw this place was when I was driving by and I just had to drive back to check it out! There is a lot of seating indoors and out, and I just love how spacious and open the inside is, it’s really inviting! Not only that, but their coffee is delicious! I love that the mocha has melted chocolate bits in it! And I’m obsessed with getting art on my coffee! Love all the designs they do! I’ve tried several of their baked goods as well and the tea cakes are delicious! They also have many gluten free options. Can’t wait to get back!
