I would have given them five stars, except that the grease the chicken was cooked in was really old! This is not the first time that I’ve eaten here and thought the same thing. I was hoping that giving them a another chance, the grease wouldn’t be as bad this time. However, I guess that’s a problem area they need to work on.

Great food, great service! Best Jin Jin in the area and the food is always fast and fresh! Great restaurant for a quick lunch and have never had a bad meal!

Meh. It’s pretty average food — not bad but definitely not impressive. For the lunchtime price I don’t feel like I overpaid, though, I wouldn’t eat there again.

By far the nicer of Jin Jin franchises. Very accommodating when asking for off menu item. Very clean and great service! Food was hot, not greasy and nice and fresh. Will definitely come back for a

Medium rare order hibachi was tough and soupy? Worst bad Chinese ever. Fried rice is yellow rice.

Stopped in for bubble tea with husband on the way into Publix

Large honeydew with reg tapioca balls

Décor is basic and interior is small with limited seating

We would come again– but there was no wow factor so three stars is fair.

All five of us (from out of town) enjoyed our dishes — Moo Shu Pork, General Tso’s, Healthy Vegetables, and Egg Foo Young. We ordered for delivery (there is a delivery charge) and the experience was completely positive. The order was correct and delivered earlier than the timeframe quoted. My sister thought her Moo Shu was delicious, including the sauce and my Healthy Vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. We’re all from major cities with a wide range of high-​quality culinary choices, so we were a bit nervous to dine out here without a recommendation from someone. I was so relieved to have a hassle-​free, tasty and inexpensive meal. So now, fellow tourists, you have a recommendation for this restaurant.

Great food and prompt service. Much better than other Jin Jins in the area. I see other reviews with bad customer service remarks but I don’t go to chinese places expected amazing service. I think the staff is very nice and the food is well priced. My favorite dish is Singapore mei fun. Also you gotta try the honeydew bubble tea!

Received a flyer in the mail today from Jin Jin 1.
Thought we’d give it a try. Whoa… What a piece of imitation Chinese food. We made our first order and received a price… and after thinking about it I thought the price was a little high. I called back and talked with the manager and he said that yes he made a mistake and over charged us, and promptly corrected the price.
We received our food an hour later. Food was cold, soggy, and appeared to be all prepackaged food. I could not find a piece of pork in my pork fried rice. We called and asked to speak to the manager. He said their kitchen is trying their best. He became belligerent when I told him I was a local and that I was going to let my friends in the neighborhood and Topsail know about my experience and not to order from them. He then became so loud and mad on the phone that I had to hang up on him with his screaming and bad attitude.
Only my opinion from my experience. I’ve had much better in the area. I was only trying to express my displeasure with their food. He made matters worse by becoming boisterous and loud. If he had calmly talked about my experience I wouldn’t be writing this review. The manager is out of control. He needs some serious formal counseling.
Restaurants live and die by their food and attitudes with their customers. This restaurant just died on my list. I have not experienced their indoor dining. By reading their other reviews this is a place to stay away from.

Gotta try this place! It’s a tiny storefront in Publix shopping center but the food is outstanding and the staff is there to please. The prices are fantastic and the atmosphere inside is quietly pleasing. Lunch and dinner specials are reasonably priced and you get plenty of food. It’s now my «go-​to» Chinese whenever I get the craving.

Totally rude. No customer service. Got our delivery order wrong and argued with me about it. Never again. And we ordered enough food for 6 and they sent us 2 fortune cookies. Really. Lame.

There aren’t a lot of choices for Chinese food in the area without having to drive a ways. This place is your typical takeout place but with a little more class in the seating area. Food was pretty good and much better than Dynasty, however, service (the guy that took our take-​out order) couldn’t have been more miserable. No smile, no greeting. Took our order, gave us the total and handed us our change. Not even a thank you. Thankfully we didn’t choose to eat in.
