I have been a patient of Dr. Harrell for many, many years. You will not find a more competent, kind, understanding and nonjudgmental physician anywhere. Period!

Dr Harrell is a wonderful MD and I was with him many years. But he has gone «concierge.»
I’m with Brent — it’s a real kick in the ass to his patients to have to fork out $ 500 to see him, even if you only see him once or twice a year. How westside! I thought he was better than that.

Dr. Harrell now charges a $ 500/​year «concierge» fee just to be his patient. Doesn’t matter if you have a great PPO plan or regardless of the number of office visits. If you are healthy and see a doctor rarely you still need to pony up the full 500 bucks/​year just to be his patient. Give me a break.

This internal medicine doctor is a true healer, listening to you as you describe your symptoms and then clearly explaining in understandable terms what to expect from the treatment he
suggests. He integrates the best of alternative modalities with cutting edge modern medicine. You always know that you will have enough time with him to cover everything you need to.
I trust him with my life.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Harrell’s for about 4 years and he is by far the BEST general physician I have seen in my 50+ years. He is attentive, patient, knowledgeable and uses a more «eastern» holistic approach to addressing health along with his western training. He airs more to the preventative rather than curative and I love that he draws his patients blood. I never feel rushed and his office is quiet and calm. most of all I TRUST this man with my health which is a tall order that he fulfills with more than 5 stars! HIGHLY recommend him.

Hands down the BEST Dr. in Santa Monica. F*** US News and World report for leaving him out. There’s 9 million Drs on this block but only one Dr. Coke Harrell. He’s straight forward, always cognoscente of your concerns and he actually remembers who you are. Also he blessed with Roxanna, the gatekeeper, sweetie personified.
