I’m at coffee shops all the time. I checked this one out while stuck in traffic. The store is clean and the quality of the drinks are excellent. They also have parking so that’s a plus. What makes this store suffer is the size. It is very small compared to other Starbucks. Also the staff isn’t as friendly as they should be. Their service is not to quality standards. I’m used to being greeted and thanked when I go to any Starbucks, and here I was not.

I love to spend my time here with lovely people and best caffe and I hope the cashier do her job little bit better in future ’

I’m not one to frequent Starbucks. But I get one every Thursday before my 2 hour drive home. Every time I come over the staff is warm and friendly with great recommendations. My drinks are delicious and I leave happy.

A jet black hair was inside my frappcuino and I have blonde hair. Absolutely gross. Hair should always be pulled back.

Honestly worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’m most certain none of the staff has a high school degree. My double chocolate chip frappé was more like a latte because it was melted before I even got it. And they didn’t even know there was Cinnamon in the store. I’m glad they at least got my blueberry scone right, oh wait they didn’t because I wanted warmed up and they didn’t warm it up.

I frequent this Starbucks fairly regularly as its close to my house and I go there to study. I’m pretty sure Starbucks prides itself in having an overall uniform appearance/​feel for every location but this place is a little different based on its location alone. Since its close to so some large business parks, it usually only gets crowded M-​F especially during peak hours. During the weekends it closes at 8 and is usually fairly empty (for a Starbucks).

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to !!! The whole staff is super friendly and they always remember my drink order. Angelica is awesome and I will continue to get my coffee from here every morning :)

Ordered a birthday cake frap and they made a vanilla bean frap. They used the regular whip cream instead of the raspberry whip cream. It terms of the frap, it doesn’t have any crushed ice in it. It tastes like a cup of cold water filled with syrups and whip creams. Avoid this Starbucks and try the coffee bean across the street.

This Starbucks is busy as hell because it is located in the Ocean Park business district where there are a ton of office buildings and probably not enough eating establishments. I go here at least once, often twice a day so I think I have a pretty good picture of what happens over there… the staff are bubbly and having a good time at work, but they are not slackers. Almost all of them remember my name (though to this day they have only spelled it right twice, it’s ok, it’s entertaining) and greet me when I walk in. I’ve never heard anyone be rude to a customer…
I only give four stars because, I think because of the volume of business they do, they run out of stuff a lot. This morning it was little straws. So the manager probably needs to keep up with inventory a little better…

I hate to do this, but she has to learn what customer service is. She made a mistake with my order and even blamed on me. Her attitude was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
It is so sad that I used to love this Starbucks and all employees were so nice and friendly for seven years.
I don’t think I would go back there even though my work is right across the street.

this review is for the young African American woman at the register, who’s name I want to say is Quana, but I can’t remember exactly. Honestly this girl needs to have a serious discussion about customer service!
Typically I go to Coffee Bean, and haven’t been to Starbucks since high school. My friend had a free drink though so I thought, why not! Oh my god, huge mistake. I’m never coming back to Starbucks ever again! I walked in and expressed to the girl at the register (Quana I think was her name??) That I usually go to Coffee Bean and was wondering if she could help me with her menu. She signed rudely told me no, and said I could just read the menu myself instead. I told her what I was looking for and asked if she could make any suggestions, and she seriously told me no! I got a strawberries and cream frappichino, and asked her what their sizes are (I was always so confused by their sizes), and she told me again to just read the menu. I seriously have never experienced a worse customer service than here! She was so rude! I wanted to get out of there the moment I started talking to her! She truly ruined my day. It was horrible! I gave her my friends Starbucks card and told her it had a free drink on it, and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! If it wasn’t a free drink, I would have asked for a refund. She was rude, unaccommodating, snappy, and full of attitude. WHY was she on register! I’ll never come back to Starbucks, only coffee bean from now on. Jeez!

I hate to do this, but the new employees here have got to go. I felt like I was talking to a five year old the last time I went in to order. Either that, or she was smashed out of her head. My drink came out terrible and the service was just slow, awkward, and painfully ditsy. This is the closest Starbucks to my home so I hope they read this and get everything turned around. I used to adore this location.

This USED to be my go-​to Starbucks but this place has gone downhill FAST. Terrible customer service in the morning, indifferent a.m. manager, and several rude workers. They don’t enjoy the work, but they certainly love to socialize with each other! Why spend money in a noisy establishment with unsupervised and poorly trained staff? I wish they’d open a Peet’s here!

This Starbucks maintains the worst possible combination of being the worst one I’ve ever visited and yet the closest to my home. The staff are never friendly, the pastries are often low in stock, my drink order is frequently wrong, small cramped space, street parking only, and so on. They get away with such poor quality because, and only because of the large business park across the street.

I moved to this neighborhood recently and have visited the store on several occasions. Each visit was worse than the last. Unbelievably unprofessional staff. It seems as though the managers don’t even care that the workers are yelling, screaming, laughing, and fooling around. Really?!? I’ve even heard them talk badly about customers within seconds of serving them. I’ll stick to my old Starbucks on Montana where they are respectful and mature. Avoid this place: it’s baristas gone wild!

Wanted to add stars to my card and pay cash. The cashier looked at me like I’m the dumbest person in the world and said «we don’t do that» I’ve never heard that before. She confirmed with another co worker and I said ok.
I watch them make my order and the purposely left out the the caramel in my caramel frap. She smirked at the cashier and handed the drinks off to another guy to give to me.
I asked if there is caramel in it and they said yes.
Quality employees at this location.

This Starbucks is right next to the office so it becomes my default coffee place. There’s not much I can say about the drinks. Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is always crowded because it’s right next to all the business buildings.
The reason for 2 stars is because this one time I went, I had a very bad experience. I’m not sure if I could blame this specific Starbucks, but it was only after I paid for a drink at this Starbucks. I used the Starbucks app on my phone to pay. I got my drink, and went on with my day, but the next day I had 12 charges of $ 100 each on my credit card stating starbucks card reload. Well whoever hacked into my account auto reloaded my gold card with $ 100, 12 times, and transferred each of those balances to another card, and then deleted the card.
Anyway, we all know how this goes, back and forth with my credit card company and with Starbucks. A month and two gold cards later, everything is solved… hopefully. The first gold card they sent me, I registered it into my account and the same thing happened. I ended up deleting my whole account and now waiting for my second gold card with my previous balance on it.
I’ll still be going to this Starbucks, but will be checking my account ALL the time. So beware and make sure you check your accounts every so often!

it’s a constant thorn, not only at this loc, but at all Starbuckses. consistently, it happens at some ridiculous hour – hello, 4 hours till closing here! – and consistently, there’s a ton of plain and those hideous oat-​looking bagels languishing in the case because nobody likes them! ok, i suppose SOMEBODY likes them. but HE obviously didn’t come today.
do you think there’s a miscalculation somewhere? you’d think the people ordering would care about my happiness… i fear we’re growing apart. :(

NO DECAF ESPRESSO AFTER NOON.
FTW? after noon is when decaf makes sense to most people.

This Starbucks is by my work and I walk by the Coffee Bean to get there. Anyway, when I drive, they have parking but the spots are SMALL and unless I am in my SMART car I opt for street parking. The store is laid out a bit weirdly and you always feel like you in someone’s way. The people are super nice and the drinks come up fast.
I am in absolute mourning over the change in the pastries. I expressed this on this visit as they saw me aimlessly trying to pick out a snack. I really liked the old pastries and am all for adding more but the 100% switch over left me miserable. Anyway, I told them I’d pass on something to eat as nothing looked that appealing. If I want to each 400 – 500 calories in the afternoon I want CAKE — specifically the banana chocolate chip coffee CAKE. Anyway, they said I should give something a try and said they would comp me. Ok, so I tried the banana bread. They suggested it be heated as it released some butter flavor. Ok, I tried it. It was just OK. I want my coffee cake back! I appreciate their effort and Starbucks corporate should too.
