Albert and Armando actually care about the property owner. I have experienced multiple instances of water damage in the past few years (which is miserable) but ServPro Santa Monica has made the nightmare bearable because of their service.

Pro is right. Efficient, polite, on time, thorough. They relieved so much of the distress of my flooded, destroyed kitchen. i cannot recommend them enough.

I was out of town and came home on a Sunday night to flooded living room. Servpro was here within 1 hour with a team of three. This was at 10pm on a Sunday!
They had the flood under control and the mess drying within 2 hours. The entire team was courteous, professional, clean and efficient.
The follow-​up work was performed as promised. They ripped out the carpets, ceilings and walls, dried everything and made sure all was patched up. There is absolutely no evidence that anything happened.
I highly recommend Servpro. Don’t bother shopping around — serious!
