I bought the sausage, bacon, and pepperoni stromboli and it was raw on the inside! It was literally uncooked pizza dough on the inside! Gross!

Im giving this place 1 star because apparently they don’t want bussiness. I went last night at 8:30pm with my family and asked if they can make us 2 pizzas which would come out to be 20 $ plus tax. The young lady was nice and said she had to ask the supervisor. When she approached him, he completely threw the order out the window and said it was late and they werent making anymore. He said whatever was their was all they were going to sell. The young lady tried again to convince him but he didnt budge. We didnt want anything already there because it had looked like it had a while just sitting there. The part that got us really upset was when we left. We bought something else from one of the places in the food court and sat down to eat. Then we saw that they got customers and the first thing they do is make a whole new pizza for the customer. Why couldnt they have done that with us? Whoever is the manager really needs to know who they have representing them. And its dumb that because its 8:30pm they couldnt make 2 pizzas for us. They close at 9pm. You were not closed so you were supposed to attend your customers. I really hope the manager sees this and brings it to their attention. I didnt expect poor customer service from a supervisor. I always liked going to this place but after that, I’ve decided not to go there anymore. Im a little upset but it makes me laugh because I work in customer service and at my job we do our best and help every customer until its truly time to go even if the customer comes in a at the time the doors are closed. We open them and help them out. But the difference is that we value our customers. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. I do have to say good job though on one thing. Loosing a customer

Worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Obvious the guy working here doesn’t care about the success of this location or the brand. I won’t be back.

The pizza we ordered didn’t have very much toppings. I wasn’t very satisfied with it. And when we ordered, they had just brought out a fresh pizza and we asked to get a slice of the new pizza and they gave us the old slice anyways…

I understand and get that Subarro… a homogenized version of Pizza… but this is the was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life… it was so bad it made Little Caesars seem gourmet… every part of it sucked and then staff asked me if I wanted anything else like 6 times in the 90 seconds I waited for them to heat up my excuse for a piece of pizza… won’t ever go to another Subarro again… ever

This is not just another fast food place! These guys are amazing! They offer the finest service in the mall and the most delicious food by far! While most food court places keep their prices extremely high, these gracious folks are doing it old way, they care about their clients and they keep it affordable! Their service is amazing, very friendly, focused and respectful! Food is super delicious! I recommend their their pasta, pizza and calzon especially the one with spinach! Their Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is an absolute winner! This must be the most delicious pizza I tasted since I left Chicago! And guess what, it’s their own invention! For less than $ 10 a meal, this might be the best food/service of in all LA! Go see Ray at the counter! This guy is an example of great service and how people take great pride in what they do!

Came here today after a day at the beach. It’s located in the food court at the mall. The food was good. I had the special. A New York slice(spinach and mushrooms) one side(ma’s meatballs) and a drink. My wife had the pepperoni pineapple slice and baked ziti on the side. Kids had pepperoni and breadsticks. The manager was super nice and the our food was warmed in the oven when we ordered it. All this came out to about $ 24. The pizza was kind of thin but the dough tasted fresh made and the slice was big. Would definitely come back again.

This was my first time eating here. It was in a very nice location. I ordered a stuffed bacon and cheese stromboli. It was quite good. I just ended up not being in the mood for italian afterall. My order was hot when it was served to me and it was tasty …

Sbarro is a reliable chain for pizza(touting 50 years with over 1,000 locations) and this one is at a nice location at the roof top food court of the Santa Monica Place open air shopping mall. I tried the NY Slice, which is a sausage and pepperoni. It’s pre-made and they heat it up in a nice over and it gets hot and the bottom is crisp. The thin crust is nice, and perfect, not doughy. I had the combo with a soda and a side, and tried the roasted potatoes which are really good. The food court has a diverse range of food choices, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese/Asian, Chicken/Ribs, and other delights. The Santa Monica Place also has many choices, including an Italian restaurant that serves what I hear is great pizza outside of the food court. If you’re lower on both time and money, and want to have a nice lunch for under $ 10, then this is a good place. A single slice alone is good if not great. If you wanted to add a soda and a side, it makes for a complete and appetite satisfying meal. I got seduced by Sbarro when I walked in the food court, smelled it in the air and they had free samples to try the pizza and the rest is dining history… :) The Santa Monica Place shopping center has free parking for up to 90 minutes. You may spend 10 minutes going up the parking levels looking for parking but they do have free and covered(unless roof top) parking. If you go overtime, I think it’s like $ 1 for an extra hour. This is also located near the 3rd Street Promenade, as well as The Santa Monica Pier. It’s a mecca for shopping, food and sights to see for both tourists and locals alike.
