Dr. Ashley is a great guy but his staff is beyond terrible. Be prepared to wait forever before you’re served and don’t depend on the staff to do anything more than collect payment. Generally very disorganized. Do yourself a huge favor and just go somewhere else.

If you want an over priced doctor that charges you for extra time without telling you, that’s your prerogative. Never once got a bill just a notice from collections. Office staff not helpful at all. Very, very disappointed. Would give zero stars!!! Take my advice and go to a different doctor. Hate giving bad reviews but this is necessary to give warning.

I love Dr. Ashley! He is smart, warm and concerned. He is very gentle and takes the time to talk to you and find out what is really going on with both your health and your life. The SMBP staff is friendly and helpful and can even be counted on for a hug when you need it (especially Ireland!!) I don’t go to the Dr. very often, but when I do I am glad that he is my primary care physician.
