Odyssey Medispa

Sadly, I have to give Odyssey Medi Spa one star. I went not long ago, after having not gone for a while. I went for a facial and anticipated the experience being what it had been years ago, and it was not. It didn’t even come close. The esthetician was nice, but the facial was not. I can honestly say I will not return to Odyssey for a facial, or any other spa treatment because I feel that I wasted my time and more importantly money. So, now I am shopping around for a spa where I can have a good facial.

One of the worst «medical» facility on the west side. Awfull, unfrienfly and unreliable staff. If you have a real Dermathologist problem, don’t go there. The only thing they seem to care about is selling Botox. My daughter had an infection on her leg and it was eating her flesh away. They did a culture for staph and prescribed an antibiotic. It was getting worst so I tried to call the Dr, and Called and called, and all they were saying is «we will have someone call you for sure today». Never got a call back after a week and Three phone call. I was worry and upset, and all I could do was wait for the lab result (two weeks for bacterial infection and one month for staph they said). One month has passed, and still no call back… How can you run an office like this.

Confused and disorganized. Passed through too many people who did not communicate between themselves or us. Not the way to run a medical office. Even the parking attendant knows they are confused about how to run a business. Save yourself the frustration and do not go there.
