Love this place, people are efficient, there’s equipment if needed, and to top it off have a great intro rental rate. super easy to host an event here to showcase art gallery, party, shoot, sample sale, pop-​up etc. They are a creative studio that also has services that can be offered, which seems to be a pretty versatile roster of things they can do here.

Love this space for its versatility. It’s big and has great daylight/​natural light options as well as a cyc, which is great depending on the job needs. Staff is super nice, helpful and flexible. And it’s on the West Side close to the beach and the Third Street Promenade, which is really practical!
