Larry is the BEST. You can feel comfortable taking all your best shoes to him. He knows what he is doing and he loves his work. And he is a lovely soul.

I visited Larry at his second location in Culver City. It’s a little grey colored shack off to the side of Wynchell’s Donuts and Honey Baked Ham near the intersection of Jefferson and Sepulveda. Larry does a great job! He is friendly and conversational while at the same time very professional. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a quality shine at a great price. ($ 7!!) Can’t beat it!

Larry will make your shoes look like they have a coat of glass. I would not let any one else touch my Allen Edmonds shoes. He is a real craftsman and truly respects your shoes. Its as easy as 1, 2, 3. Number 1, use cedar shoes trees, number 2, keep them in flannel bags and number 3, take your shoes to Larry for the finest shine.

Larry is the man! I’ve been getting haircuts at Berkley Barbers for years but only recently have I gone during my lunch break wearing my work shoes, at least 4 years old shoes. He noticed them and convinced me I needed a shining, I said sure why not. 10 – 15 minutes later he had them shining like crazy, they looked brand new, plus it is only $ 7. My office has someone come in and shine shoes and although I tried him once because of the convenience, he is not as good as Larry and it is definitely worth the trip.

I met Larry while getting a manicure (yes manicure) by Kim in the back of a cool old skool barber shop. Well even further to the rear of the barber shop is where you’ll find Larry the shine man. He is the real deal great shoe shine polish. He also does minor shoe repair. Friendly with great prices.
