Gross. Found blood on the ice in freezer. Then owner’s excuse is that it was just blood from meat he was storing in the back. Prices are subject to how much money he sees in your hand.

Best liquor store in the area by far. Overall wide selection especially the beers(lot’s of craft IPA’s). It’s more spacious than your average liquor store, about double the size. But the best thing about the store is the owner Fred. He knows all the usual customers by name and is always in a good mood that will brighten your day. Highly recommend making this your go-to store.

Sometimes you find a place that just makes sense. King’s is that place for me. They are within walking distance so I go often. I can get pretty much anything I need at King’s. Out of paper towels? Toilet paper? Dish soap? Pretty much anything you can run out of that you buy from a supermarket, you can buy at King’s to tide you over until you re stock. I’ve even seen them help people out with their bags when they are too heavy. Best keg selection(full size and pony kegs) on the west side with the best prices to go with them. Fred, the owner, is very knowledgable about wines. They have a pretty decent collection with some great prices(better than Ralphs). If you tell him what you are looking for and at what price and he’ll know what to pick out for you. Check out there beer selection. Fred is constantly adding new brews from the top microbrews. This is a true neighborhood store. When I’m in there, I usually end up running into someone I know and we stop and chat. Fred is so friendly with everyone. With so much of Santa Monica constantly changing, it’s nice to have a consistent place like King’s. King’s truly is a fabric of the community here in Santa Monica.

DON’T BUYKEGSHERE!!! The owner became extremely rude once I asked about the«born on date» of the keg. Told me they didnt have one. I explained that they do and he should know where to find it. He then told me that ALL his kegs are 6 months old and if I wanted a fresh keg I should go to BEVMO. That surprised me. I always try and support local mom & pop stores but when Pop is rude and admits his products are no good then ill gladly go to BEVMO. Thank you King Liquor for letting me know where to get quality products.

Once again, Kings Liquor comes through for me. Had a party for the Dodgers game yesterday, and they were on time with the delivery and very helpful. Can’t complain, best service out there!

If I could give no stars, I would of. Owner/manager was rude, unprofessional, proceeded to hangup on me after I had given him my credit card info. Shortly after I gave him my card info, he called back as if nothing had happened. It’s one thing to refuse somebody’s business, but another to do so AFTER you have taken their card info for a purchase!

Was looking for a Fat Tire to go with dinner. Took some looking in the beer fridge and finally found one that said Fat Tire on it. Got it home and opened it. It tasted funny. Looked at the expiry date that was feb 14. Took it back to the same guy I paid 15 minutes before the return, told my story and was told they don’t sell beer after the expiry date and that the beer still had fizz??? After a staring contest I got my money back, not going back.

Got a keg of Stella here for $ 159. Ice, a pump, and bucket for about $ 20 more. Everything was perfect. Everyone was nice. Highly recommend!

I usually get pretty bummed out at liquor stores. So even though there was a weird lady sitting outside with her dog getting offended that people thought she was homeless, I think this place is quite the exception. They have a great beer and wine selection and they properly cover up their dirty magazines. Plus there are adorable drawings by the owner’s kids up, so this place gets a solid thumbs up from me.

King’s Liquors is my fave spot to pick up any kind of beer or liquor my heart fancies! The best thing about it is the fresh inventory of almonds, cashews, walnuts, or pistacios you can’t get any cheaper anywhere else. The cashiers are always friendly and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot momma sitting on her chair!

Beer, if you need beer you need Kings Liquors. I walk passed by this place twice within an hour time span and each time i passed by Kegs of beer were just being constantly rolled out to some guy’s truck. Some chick was getting her own keg when i got inside, and you know you’re getting ready to party right when you need to invest in a keg. The rest of the store could probably use a little sprucing up, and hey you’re really only going there to get some alcohol.

Great place to get Kegs. They have a great selection. The owners are super friendly and go out of there way to help you. The food is not always the freshest, I’d stick to the liquor, beer and wine. Good neighborhood store.

The selection was just ok, not any better than Ralphs and more expensive than Ralphs. These guys appeared to be all friendly and nice, they were quick to serve me and packaged my bottles up. It wasnt until I was walking out that I realized that they charged me double for my Tanqueray! Double – they charged me $ 28 for what is usually $ 16 and they didnt give me an itemized reciept. When i tried to complain they sat their with their evil grins and said all sales are final. Jerks! And they didnt card me, I hope that they get caught serving minors!

They may not have the best selection in candy bars, chips, or barely legal pornography, but Kings Liquors has the best selection in, well, liquors. Serving as my neighborhood liquor store/convenience store, Kings Liquors is my one-stop shop for: 1. Flamin’ Hot Cheetos 2. Lay’s Limon Chips 3. Water 4. Grey Goose vodka 5. LA Weekly 6. The Onion 7. Gum 8. ATM machine 9. Eggs 10. Red Bull They also serve wine, detergent, and other shit a person needs who lives nearby and who’s too lazy/hungover to go to the grocery store. The guys behind the counter are also very nice, and you’ll see from time to time frat boys buying kegs upon kegs. So I assume they also sell kegs. At any rate, it’s a one-stop shop for everything you need, especially if you’re an alcoholic, making it a great liquor store.
