Melanie was super attentive as a building manager and always willing and able to satisfy tenant concerns. And I was able to prove this after leaving the building she managed — she’s definitely an abive average manager. She is a great problem solver and takes stressful situations well.
For example, she was super helpful with my application process as a tenant and figured out ways to make lengthy paperwork into an efficient process. I would totally trust her with managing any of my properties because she knows how to handle every type of situation.
