Karin Nassar Acupuncture

Karin is gifted. I went in with horrible wrist pain radiating up my arm, which she identified as snuffbox tendonitis (the name of the diagnosis alone was worth the visit) from carting around my toddler with my left arm. After two sessions the pain was almost entirely gone, and after three I was healed, which was amazing because I thought I was going to have to have the arm removed. In addition to her amazing healing powers, the experience itself is insanely pleasant and relaxing. I’ve recommended her to everyone, and the results are always the same.

As I’ve been training for the LA Marathon, I’ve been seeing Karin for all kinds of random ailments. I’ve tweaked my back lifting weights and sprained a buttload of ligaments in my foot after taking a bad fall; Karin has been my acupuncturist the whole way and I couldn’t be happier to have found her!
No matter what you have going on, Karin does a great job of accessing your situation and taking notes on an action plan to get your back to your best. Whether it’s physical, mental, or a little bit of both, Karin’s talented hands and pointy needles help get you back to your best. She’s personable, fun, and really gets to know you during your appointments. You’ll never need to remind her of who you are or the last time you came in because she takes detailed notes and cares about her patients.
If you have a full-​time job, one of the best parts about Karin is that she’s great on email! Also, Karin is considered in-​network for my insurance, so I’m able to see her for the price of my copay (huge plus!).

I was apprehensive at first, but I I didn’t have much to lose so I decided to try acupuncture.
I had been having trouble sleeping and under went 1 session of treatment. I slept more soundly that night than I had in weeks. Definitely will go back for other ailments in the future.
