I just had Zachary and Anthony come install my new 60″ Sony. They removed my old TV from wall mount and replaced it with the new Sony in record time. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend and use them again…

Just had Anthony and Zlatan come out and install our new Samsung 4k TV and connect new Sony receiver for our 5.1 and outside speakers. They were very knowledgeable and patient when training us. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

These guys are great. We moved in to a new home, which came with some installed audio visual equipment; and wanted to mesh it with some components of our own. It was a complicated job, but with some creativity and ingenuity on the part of Zlatan, Anthony, and Frank they were able to make everything work without us having to spend a ton of money recreating the system.
Both times they came to our home, they were on time, courteous and respectful of our home (cleaned up after their work). When the system was up and running, they took their time to walk me through how to work it.
I would highly recommend them. It is worth the money to have these guys come in and do it right.

Xylon and Pablo were the two workmen who came to install my 45″ TV set onto my son’s bedroom wall. I am very OCD about how jobs get done in my home — TV had to be perfectly centered, exactly the right height, and no visible holes in wall — and Xylon and Pablo did a GREAT job!

I had my new TV installed today by Xylon and Pablo. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful. They explained how to operate my new system and honestly couldn’t have been more informative and patient with my questions. Recently had sound volume issues with our new new Sony 55″ 4K HDTV. Zlatan responded to our service request, was on time and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. It was an unusual issue with an online Sony software upgrade. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem to our complete satisfaction. Zlatan was great, you are fortunate to have such a courteous and sharp customer service representative.

I recently was quoted 450 dollars from best buy to take down a TV mounted on a wall and remount a new TV using the same bracket.
I went to just one touch bought the TV for hundreds less and had them mount 2 TVs and set up a blue ray for 225. I would use one touch Anthony and Zlatan were fast, on time and did a great job.

Great selection, awesome showroom and they’re looking to make deals to beat Online pricing.
However, the salespeople and management seem more interested in making sales, getting your money and getting you out of there, than ensuring you are well informed and satisfied. Do yourself a favor and know more about what you want and how you want it than they do and you can be spared being at the mercy of their unsympathetic and mercenary, profit-​above-​all-​else hands. Installation guys were great, fast and efficient. Watch out for hidden costs though. Good shopping.

You cannot rely on this company. They over-​sell and don’t deliver as promised. Despite repeated requests for assistance from management, I am still left with an abundance of equipment, a system that doesn’t work. Shop elsewhere!
