Absolutely horrible service and they are so rude. Don’t go there. Servers are horrible, food was ok but waited 10 mins to get waited on after being seated.

I was here about a week ago and ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette, hash browns and 3 buttermilk pancakes. It was delicious! I couldn’t finish my omelette so I took it home and ate it later. It was good!!! The pancakes were really fresh and delicious! Of course I had 3 scoops of butter on it! Lol! That made my pancakes extra yummy! Great service also!

Samantha, Eduardo and Baudilio just made our day with great service at IHOP. Always a great place to grab some brunch.

I would give this place 5-stars but it’s not very big inside. However, I never ever have to wait more than 10min to get seated, even on a Sunday. Service is fast and accurate every time I’ve come. Downside is not a lot of parking if you’re driving. But you can get validated at the underground lot at Best Western

I’ve been going there for years. Santa Monica is my favorite city in LA. I’m glad I moved here a few years ago. My favorite is the Big Steak Omelette. Minus the Mushrooms. I usually get a s ide of French Toast. The food is terrific and the service is great.

Great service and amazing food. As someone who is visiting from New York and who eats at IHOP as one of my favorite restaurants this lived up to my expectations. The servers were so sweet and our busy boy was one of the most amazing people ever, we wish we could take him home with us. One complaint is the sign up front that says please limit your seat time to one hour. Other the. That great service!

I enjoyed the French toast and the omelet. Very fast service and ample parking. The price is very good.

Not a big menu selection, parking is pretty bad, and the food is a bit expensive, but they really do try to accommodate their patrons. They give the best with what they have to offer for it being a corporate restaurant. Also it’s sandwiched between two big buildings, and I love how out of place it looks.

I use to live down the street from this IHOP and it was pretty much the place my father and I would go for Sunday breakfast. I always get the French Toast with sausage, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. It always turns out great. They are very good at getting you seated quickly and the waiters and front desk people are very friendly.

They have really good pancakes! That is what I always come for. They also have crêpe’s that are really great!

We decided to try this I-hop close to home, and we were pleasantly surprised. Quick service, and both plates we ordered were really good: the Chicken Florentine omelette and the seasonal Caramel pancakes.

I visited here in October 2015. We usually go to an IHOP closer to our house but we wanted to try a new location. The service here was exceptional! We had German as a server and he was so attentive to everything we needed. We also both felt that the food was cooked better here. This location also has outside seating. We will be coming back again soon!

Pretty much the first thing you see when you walk into the restaurant is a big sign that says«please limit your dining time to one hour» and then it takes thirty minutes for your food to get to the table. When we showed up the place was pretty empty(maybe five tables occupied with two servers and two hosts on shift) but it took a long time to get our drinks, a long time to get our order in, a long time for the food to show up, and a long time for the check to show up. On the one hand I’m glad they weren’t being strict about the one hour dining time because we were there for WAY over an hour as a result of the slow pace, but on the other hand it sort of set the tone for the visit. It made it impossible to relax and enjoy the meal because I was worrying about whether we were going to get talked to about our slow meal AND it made me stress out and get grumpy at the poor servers who were being slow(not, like, super slow, just slow enough to make it stressful to deal with an artificially imposed one-hour time limit on a dine-in meal) also we had at least two servers? We were seated by a host, drink orders were taken by one server, delivered by another who then took our food orders and the other server delivered the food, tapping the other back in to bring us our check. We didn’t know who to ask for refills or sauces because we didn’t know who our server was from moment to moment. And even knowing that this is IHoP food we’re talking about the food was really mediocre. I got a burger and fries; the burger patty was almost cool, dry, and crumbly, like maybe it had been overcooked then left to sit for a while. Fries were soggy but also burnt — you know those fries that get the dark brown edge along one side where they’re too close to the fryer wall and soak up a bunch of oil and get limp — about 40% of the fries were that burnt-soggy combo. Anyway, nothing was totally inedible and the staff(while confusing and slow) were very friendly. If you’re stuck with no other options this IHoP won’t kill you, but there are a ton of great places to eat instead within a mile so go to one of those places instead.

Nice! Came for a quick lunch. It was fast, cheap, with good service. I paid $ 12 total for my lunch of the chicken and waffles entrée. Great portions, buttery waffles, good amount of chicken tenders. The New England clam chowder is surprisingly among the best I’ve had in LA. I know this sounds like an insane claim, but it’s true. It has that New England taste.

The food was awesome and quick. Noah’s favorite part was testing out the syrups. Rachel’s favorite part was the food is fast and tasty. I had not been to an IHOP in years. I was amazed at how fresh and tasty everything was. Way to go. I would come here for breakfast any day.

I can’t be eating Swedish crepes all the time, but when I do, I tend to go to this IHOP. The crew there is the same one that I’ve seen for years and they are all really nice people. Mark the Magician that comes on the weekends for the kids is actually really funny and it looks like all people regardless of their age, really appreciate his balloons, tricks and jokes. :)

What a difference a day makes. Make that 10,950 days since my last iHop dine on a snowy night in rural Michigan with an up and coming(or so they/I thought) rock band. If I recall correctly it was pancakes(what else?) drenched in syrup rapidly consumed, plate licked, washed down with multiple carafes of coffee to counteract booze guzzled prior to «last call». That was then. Last Friday, faced with at least a three hour wait for my friend, a St. John’s outpatient, I wandered across the street, cringed at the aforementioned memory when I saw iHop on the corner, debated on heading to Truxton’s further west or just chewing gum and drinking water. Nah, I was hungry, how bad could it be? Turns out not bad at all! Make that fan-worthy from the most pleasant hostess to my equally so server to a carafe of potent joe and a menu with EVERY dish’s calorie count listed. There’s even an altacocker/55+ section for the rocker guys iHopped with 10,950 days ago. Informed consent brought a 320 calorie, egg substitute veggie omelet with fresh fruit to my table. It was visually appealing, tasty, just a tad too salty for sodium sensitive me but it was also surprisingly filling, all that protein kept me going until dinner. iHop provides one hour parking validation. Wish I’d asked about that, assumed my friend’s medical office validated too, they didn’t.

I drive by this IHOP every morning on my way to work since I work about a block away. I actually decided to call and order take out this morning. It was amazing! :D I ordered the appetizer sampler, was supposed to be just for me, but my office manager and doctor started attacking my plate of food. I need to go again more often.

It is IHOP, it is nothing deliciously spectacular. It is quick, easy, greasy food. But they get my 4 stars because… * whenever my boyfriend and I enter, we are greeted nicely and seated promptly. * servers are always nice. It can get busy here, I understand that, so I appreciate their effort. * the wait for the food isn’t long. Which is good because if you’re coming to IHOP, most likely, you are not looking for a place to just sit and unwind and such. Well, sometimes you are. but you just want to eat something when you’re here. I do enjoy the bottomless coffee you get. And it’s nice to have that pot there so you don’t have to keep asking for refills. Food is affordable and WILL fill you up! You can park in the same lot as the hotel. sometimes there is a parking guy and you need validation, or you can just show him your receipt. Simple.
