I’ve been going to the gym for a few years, but just a year and a half ago I had a ruptured pectoralis major tendon. I had to have surgery and it really put me out of the gym for over 10 months. I really couldn’t lift heavy weights anymore, at least that’s what I thought at that time! So I decided to look for a different type of workout to get back in shape. So a friend introduce me to Doug. He is an awsome trainer, he movtivates you, he pushes you to finish, & he is always changing the routines.(which is great for shocking your muscles and getting results. No more plateaus for me) I now can lift weights again, which is great. YOUWILLSEERESULTSWITHDOUG! Come on down to have a fun and great workout.

Are you looking to get in shape/lose weight/feel good? Go see Doug. Are you looking for motivation? Go see Doug. Are you looking for someone who will make you work hard to get the results you want? Go see Doug. His workouts will make you work hard and you’ll never lose a minute. You will never get bored of his routine or his workout mixes(he uses a variety of songs and even incorporates the rhythm to the routine). Just when you think you know what he’s got planned for your workout, he introduces a new move, surprising both you and your muscles. After every work out, something new in my body is sore — muscles I never knew existed. And sore in a great way! Doug is a friendly person and is ready to find the perfect workout to fit your personal goals and desires. My favorite part is how motivational he can be, and it’s actually sincere. Whether it’s hustling on the basketball court, finishing a 3 mile run strong, or pushing myself when doing bicep curls, Doug will know the right thing to say, and it makes you WANT to come back and work even harder next time. There have been moments I didn’t think I was doing my best. Then Doug will swoop in and tell me everything looked great and he could see my triceps flexing in the process. Boy, and here I was feeling down inside. My friends will hear me talk about Doug and our workouts, and I can see some envy on their faces. After working out with Doug for a few weeks, a classmate could tell I was working out — I guess the minor(for now) results showed! All I have is Doug to thank for that!
