My wife and I used Jeff and Assaf when we bought a house in Venice last year, after leaving another agent who wasn’t working out for us. Jeff and Assaf sat down with us over coffee and listened carefully to what we wanted. As soon as we started working with them, something shifted. We started seeing houses that we really liked.
The fact that Jeff grew up in the neighborhood is really an asset. He knows the area so well. In addition to being wonderful people, Assaf and Jeff are both great advisors during the complicated process of making bids, countering, doing inspections and closing out.
They do most of their business electronically, which expedites the process nicely.
