Jacuzzi arrived on time, delivery was easy. We are very happy with the spa, and it has been a great add to our backyard. We were also pleased with the electrician that Tom recommended, Pablo at DLR electric in Santa Monica. He was thorough and the price was reasonable.

Our family loves working with a local business since service is always 100%. Tom has been at this location on Main Street for many years. I love that he ONLY sells one brand, Jacuzzi. Our family did a lot of research on various types of spas. We were looking at a spa with many more jets than Jacuzzi spas. However, we went into the store and talked to Tom and learned that it’s not quantity, but quality of the jets. He was 100% correct. We came back the next week with our two boys 11 and 13 and test drove the Jacuzzi in the floor room. I was already to buy the one with the recliner, but after jumping in myself, we selected the non-​recliner Jacuzzi. Tom referred us to Pablo from DLR Electric to setup the required electrical outlets and build the pad for the Jacuzzi since it was going in our backyard. We ordered the Jacuzzi and Pablo came out the next week to stage the setup and the following week the Jacuzzi was installed and running! It’s provided excellent family time for us to share with our kids and provides «the home» for our kids friends to come and hang out!

I bought my jacuzzi 12 years ago from them. It’s still going great, and when I call them for repair issues they get me in touch with a great repair guy who is dependable and really reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Tom is THE MAN! My girlfriend and I wanted to purchase a jacuzzi and we visited a few local places. Most were pretty skeezy.
But Tom is a complete professional! He took the time to answer all of our questions and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I believe it’s his place and he’s been doing it for many years so he knows what he’s talking about.
My girlfriend and I were happy to purchase our new jacuzzi from Tom. Even though we made the purchase over two months ago I know if I ever have any questions I can give Tom a call and he’ll help us out. All in all, we’re 100% satisfied with the service we got from his company.

I bought my Jacuzzi from this place about 6 years ago. I went to the home remodeling conventions and to about a half dozen hot tub stores looking for the best deal. Interestingly, The California Cooperage was the last place I checked and was only about 3 miles from my house. They ended up having the best prices. Tom, the owner, is extreamly knowlegeble about these things. He’s owned this store for 25 years! He took care of me on the sales end and has always taken care of me when I had a need for service or information. I highly recommend this business.

Bought a FreeFlow Accent over 2 years ago and am still extremely satisfied. Tom, the owner, helped find the best (not the most expensive) model to fit our needs. He was very easy to deal with, fair in price, and always available to answer questions in follow-​up. I recommend him and California Cooperage wholeheartedly.
