Nice little Jewelry shop tucked away in the middle of the maze of little boutiques and eateries. Shop owner on premises when I was there. She was friendly, enthusiastic and personable. The jewelry stores carries a few pieces from local jewelry designers. I saw«Gara Danielle’s» and«Hannah Keefe’s» jewelry among others. I was there for a very cool event… Jewelry designer welding bracelet party! This was my first time to something like this and I loved it! I am now on their system and I look forward to hearing about future events.

This place has really beautiful pieces of jewelry and outrageously expensive prices… Which I am sometimes inclined to pay on a whim! With that said, the sales associated all have snobby attitudes, which makes the environment very unwelcoming. And the customer service is way below standard, given their high end prices. If your jewelry breaks, expect to pay to fix it yourself… Even if it was defective! This store has a very bad reputation amongst the locals… Too bad because the locals have a lot of money to spend on luxury items.

Don’t bother with this place unless you have time to kill and want to wander around being ignored. The three times I’ve been in, not one associate has ever said hello nor acknowledged my presence. Trust me, I’m not asking for a red carpet welcome but c’mon…is it that hard to say hello to a customer??? So of course, as I’m walking out, one asks if they could help me find anything. Yes, in fact you could help out by saying hello upon me walking in the store and not out the store. Funny thing is I tell my Brentwood and Palisade friends and their reaction was all the same«why did you even go in there? Rudeness is what they’re known for.» Guess I’ll keep it on my places to go when want to be bored and ignored. Ha!

First, this store really does have beautiful and unusual pieces. The low rating is because many pieces use black metal and are very expensive. I am pretty sure that this kind of plating or dipping comes off easily so I haven’t bought them. In fact I know someone who did and has needed it redone several times. But the jewelry is very nice. Second, I went into the store recently. I had walked past about an hour before and seen people there. When I went in it was the same people. No one said anything to me. IDK if these people worked there or not. Someone must have. It is a very small space and I pointed out a pair of earrings to a woman and said they were nice. She agreed and moved away. No one else came forward. So I stood there and looked at the other two and it seemed like they did not see me. Very small store! So I left and as I was leaving one of the clerks behind a counter(so he must have worked there) gave me a slight nod. Just plain weird.

When I went to write my negative review I wasn’t surprised to see such a poor star rating already. I called the store to purchase a pair of earrings I saw on their website and asked if they could be held for me to come into the store to purchase. The next day I called back to learn that they sold them. Because the online store doesn’t sync with reality. They then said they would call NY and let me know first thing in the morning whether they had a pair that could be shipped. They never notified me back one way or another. Four calls, a lot of aggravation and no earrings. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other stores who want and will appreciate your business.

This review is based on the customer service and shopping experience I had over the phone. Their website had been under construction for a while, and I patiently waited for their website to become full commerce. Up until then they had a blog that showcased some amazing pieces. The only problem is that you weren’t able to purchase them at that time. I always like to call a store to get item specifications if they aren’t listed on the website and to see if the item I want is in stock. In this case, the item I wanted wasn’t in their store, but they called the designer directly and were able to send the piece out the very next day. They were also lovely to me when I decided I wanted to purchase the companion piece. I loved my new pieces, but, unfortunately appeared to lose them on a recent trip. Heartbroken is a pretty accurate description of how I felt. I called the store to let them know I received the pieces(that I loved) then promptly lost them. The manager was so nice and let me know that she would keep my contact info in the event they have a sale. Great array of pieces – you can pretty find something for anyone, and excellent customer service!

i’ve not been to the store, only the website. i have never experienced a more frustrating web site than theirs. i would like to ask them a question about 1 of their designers and after, what seems like an eternity to try and scroll down to the bottom of the page to reach their contact info… it’s a page that keeps reloading and reloading and reloading to no end in sight. they should add their contact info at the top of the page as well.

LOVELOVELOVE this store. Amazing collection of all kinds of jewelry from vintage to current. I live out of state but get all my jewelry there. Girls are super helpful and responsive and will do what it takes to order sizes, styles, etc. A must-visit store if you’re in Brentwood/Santa Monica!
