After they came recommended from another shop, I was very impressed with the flowers I received. I asked for a bouquet based on my price point and my needs (it was a bouquet for sympathy flowers) an they did an amazing job. Very responsive via email, sent me a photo of the bouquet, and were very quick to respond to questions. Will be using them again if/​when needed!

Twice I have received flowers from BOTANY florist in the Brentwood Country Mart and twice they were already on their last legs when they arrived. Once I returned them and got a credit with which I made an order. These flowers (hydrangeas) were dreary from the start, but the clerk promised that they would open fully. They perished before they opened. The prices are outlandishly high ($ 8 per stem) and the quality poor. The only positive note is their beautiful paper wrap.

I went to Botany after hearing a friend say that she ordered flowers from here before and that they did an amazing job. I came into the store, shortly after they opened, and was greeted by Rachel. She was so accommodating to what I needed as far as size (small), color (white and green– No roses please), and price (not too crazy expensive). She made it the same day, a few hours later, and it was beautiful. I was so excited to bring home a personalized bouquet and to really feel listened to when I wanted a very specific arrangement. I will definitely be coming back for hoilday orders and for flowers for my mom.
Note to walk in’s like myself/​phone orders– If you want your bouquet the SAME DAY get it done early. I understood, after walking in to pick up my bouquet, why same day orders cant be completed when it gets later in the day. It was a mad house, I walked in and walked out. It also made me glad that Rachel was so polite during the whole interaction despite the crazy customers (Rude guy in line behind me I’m talking to you– Its flowers dude, calm down already).
I really don’t understand the «bad customer service» reviews by other Unilocalers. Maybe they came in during the mad house hours? Maybe expectations were impossible? All I know is the flowers were reasonably priced, the staff was very accommodating, and that I will be back thanks to Rachel.

The is the most unorganized flower shop and I can’t believe the The Brentwood Country Mart would give them space. I had flowers delivered for my favorite holiday which is Thanksgiving. The arrangement arrived at 10:30 pm and they were dead.
I have called numerous times to try to understand what happened since I spent more than $ 500, I still haven’t gotten a call from them and it’s a week later. The country mart shouldn’t have such tenants who simply don’t care.

English country roses to be exact on a sad day for me that made me smile. I wish I would have checked in with my Unilocal app because I would have gotten 20% off custom arrangements, but alas some things can’t be fixed.
The literal only reason this place is getting a star deducted is because of the lack of service, and I would have deducted it even more if the flowers hadn’t been so beautiful and lasted so long. The chick manning the place deigned to help me after I had to ask her. I firmly believe that you should treat every customer like a potential customer. She then further deigned to arrange my flowers in the vase I bought, but it was done really half-​assed so I had to rearrange them when I got home. They are beautiful pink GORGEOUS GORGEOUS roses, but now that I think about it maybe I should knock them down a star or two more. When it was clear I hadn’t been there, she didn’t offer to help at all. LAME. Again, the flowers were super beautiful. It’s one of those Catch the bouquet 22s — the flowers were amazing but the service truly blew, and sometimes the ends justify the means. But for the love of flowers, I will put up with a mildly condescending attitude, but let’s keep it at mild.

I am afraid that Valentine’s Day was a disaster ! No order on time. Told to wait an hour.
Flowers available in store were listless, roses small and way overpriced. The worst part of all was the staff. The lady in charge complained of being understaffed and too busy!
Shame in such a lovely location.

I lived for some time in Santa Monica and now visit the area on occasion, and I find this place inspiring. This is a small but beautifully appointed boutique that offers exquisite taste in its designs, and friendly and attentive customer service.

My hubby got me the most STUNNING arrangement I have ever seen from Botany a few weeks ago. I popped into the shop today to get some Valentine’s Day flowers… What a beautiful, dreamy little flower shop! I felt like I was in a Parisian flower market. The girls that work there are really helpful and kind.
I’m gonna have them do the flowers for a big party we’re throwing next month!

Love this shop. They assisted with floral for a post temple luncheon that was a very special event. Everyone at the shop was so kind and helpful. They went out of the way to ensure that we had exactly what we wanted, exactly when we needed it.

After having a horrible experience at La Première (see my earlier review) I just ordered 2 wonderful arrangements without hassle at Botany. Laurie provided beautiful customer service and I’m a fan. Going to pick up 1 arrangement and have the other delivered. If things work out well, I’ll be sure to use Botany for my future needs.

BEST florist in all of LA, by far! Their flowers are always fresh (clearly purchased regularly), the staff is beyond accommodating and very kind, and the arrangements are gorgeous! I purchase arrangements from them regularly and they continue to blow me away. I would, and do, recommend them to everyone I know.

Awesome flower shop. I just wish they would come to Los Feliz. They do all of my west side flower deliveries.
