Service was quick and helpful. Brought a friend who never had B & J’s and they explained the selection to him with no issues. Love the ice cream always fresh and tasty.

We had a few trips here when we were living within walking distance of this B&J. The service at this scoop shop was always great. There was a very minimal(maybe 75 cents) price difference between the price of a dish of ice cream and a sundae. So of course, we often ended up with sundaes. Ice cream was always tasty and plenty of flavors in stock. We will miss this B&J, but we didn’t move *too* far from it, so hopefully we will be back.

What can I say? It’s Ben & Jerry’s. Love their combinations. Clean store, usually quiet when I go.

I am lucky to live in a neighborhood where there are in walking distance many cute places to buy ice cream. This is the original organic and natural ice cream company and still so good. I like walking there and getting my goodies and sitting down either at the back in the nice shady patio or at the front of the store for good people watching. It is a very calming place and the ice cream is Ben & Jerry tried and true goodness.

It s a place I really recommended to go after a good dinner on main street, the store is really well placed and so cute. They have a lot of flavor, and once a month, they give out complimentaty ice cream. The staff is always welcoming ! This is a perfect place for a good time and to return to childhood ! ;-)

Cute location right on Main Street in Santa Monica. On a sunny day you can sit in the communal shopping center patio. Cones are always fresh. They give lots of samples if you ask and know all the flavors by heart. What’s not to like?! Oh, maybe no bathroom. But they’re not a bathroom store, so no stars knocked. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice-cream!

Really good mass produced ice cream. Can’t compare to the smaller speciality shops but still really good! The tonight dough is amazing!

We all know and more or less love Ben & Jerry’s. Since you can get it at any grocery store(for cheaper) I don’t bother going in many of their stores, but the need hit and there they were. They have a ton of flavors, more than they carry at stores, the store is cute, always like their interior. They hadn’t blown me away with great new offerings in awhile so we went with the new core offerings, I had hazelnut, my son peanut butter. Both were very good, I was surprised. Still, I would rather eat and support local and unique businesses and stick to Ben & Jerry’s pints from the freezer every so often.

I ordered a huge ice cream cake from here for my husband’s birthday. The ordering process was seamless as I ordered online. The cake was ready in advance. The price seemed reasonable for a large cake. So why only A-Ok? The way they wrote Happy Birthday Justin, kind of looked like a five year old wrote it. Also, the icing on the cake was a whipped cream consistency, where as the Ben & Jerry’s that I used to go to years ago in DC had a butter cream icing that I far prefer. The flavors of the ice cream were great, chocolate fudge brownie and cookie dough. In the future, I would order from them again, but I’d write Happy Birthday on the cake myself!

I was at the beach yesterday and I wanted some ice cream but I wasn’t up for one of those random places that sell everything from hamburgers to cheap frozen yogurt so I looked up and found this ben and jerrys. My friend was insisting that I try the PHISH flavored ice cream and I wasn’t quite ready to give up my usual«cherry Garcia» but I decided to try it. it was so good!!! OMG much better then the rocky road as baskin.

The marketing around the new SNL-inspired flavors apparently worked, because I had a late-night craving for ice cream that(in my mind) could only be satisfied by Ben and Jerry’s. Admittedly, I’m kind of a snob in that I more often frequent local places like Scoops or Sweet Rose if I get the hankering, but I do enjoy B&J’s once in a while. After all, I went to school in Boston where they are pretty much royalty and where I had my fair share of fat kid moments. Anyway, this location is right off Main St. in SaMo. Was able to find street parking relatively easy late at night. Everything was working out perfectly… until I got stuck behind two parties that were indecisive as hell. Don’t you hate that? And then when they were done interrogating the workers, two girls swooped in and the employee failed to acknowledge me even though I was first. Hashtag sexist. Of course I didn’t want to look like an asshole so I had to wait patiently, while contemplating tweeting to the world that life is unfair. Finally, I was able to try the«Lazy Sunday» flavor — vanilla cake batter ice cream with chocolate and yellow cupcake pieces and chocolate frosting swirl. Sounds amazing, right? Unfortunately, it wasn’t an orgasm in the mouth, as my friends would say, just decent. The bottom of my waffle cone was also stale :( There was a Unilocal discount for 10% off which was nice and made me feel better about the whole experience. Not a place I would go again since I can find most of their stuff in stores but if you’re dying for ice cream, I guess you could do worse.

yummy! yum! yummers! yummo!!! I’ve had Ben and Jerry’s pint ice cream before but I have to admit it is a different experience and taste when you order at the shop. Lil pricey, if you ask me, but for a special treat. totally worth it! I had the strawberry cheesecake scoop with the cookies n cream waffle cone. To die for! Hubs went for the vanilla scoop with hot fudge… let me just say that he Hubs is a hot fudge connoisseur… he could not stop raving about how good it was. The kiddo went for a milk and cookies scoop with a sprinkles waffle cup. I kept taking spoonfuls of his cause it was so darn good. We thought it was also super cute that the table tops had cartoons with little tid bits of how Ben and Jerry’s got started.

went back again this year for free cone day at 4:45PM and boy is the line different. make sure to go around lunchtime like i did last year when there’s no line! i waited at 4:45 for about 20 minutes and the line moved decently, considering it went all the way down the block. note to the lady in front of me who made a snide comment about people«cutting her» — pay attention! the employee looked at me and asked what flavor i wanted(while you were daydreaming and not prepared with your 10 flavors for your 10 kids), so i responded. plus there were multiple lines going at the same time. i wasn’t trying to «cut» you. so just calm down, it’s only ice cream.

Pretty regular Ben n Jerry’s. Good location after a nice dinner on main street. Try everything until the guys get upset then give them a good tip. Or be normal and order something. And remember… extra is the best word to say at this place.

Good ice cream. Expensive and bit overpriced, but we never pay full price anyways. Look for deals such as two for one since they send a lot of coupons, just like ColdStone Creamery. I think they’re Mint Chocolate and Candy Pie are very good and usually their seasonal flavors are good too. The parking at this location isn’t great, but if you come during the day park in the neighborhood for free. The workers here are hot and cold. Not too talkative, but usually not rude.

Their milkshakes bring all the boys to the yard. Open till 11 on Saturdays. Good help but they should recruit some more hipsters. They could have more atmosphere but it does the trick. Light years ahead of their depressed step-sibling Baskin Robbins.

With one young man working behind the counter, service can take a little bit sometimes, but I’m willing to let it slide, because I love Ben and Jerry’s. Also, when you check in on Unilocal, you get 10% off of your order! Oh, how I adore Unilocal. Clean and right on Main Street, surrounded by a lot of very adorable restaurants and bars!
