I love music and live bands, but they must be good or at least entertaining. I was hanging out a local bar in Norco and this 80s cover band played there and it was very bad. Their song selection was very poor(come on, how can you mess up these songs!) and their 80s costumes very ugly and cheap looking. The singing was VERY bad and their dance choreography was off and not in synch. It was awful to watch! I don’t think that they even played their instruments but«pretended to play» to a prerecorded sound track(think Guitar Hero). What a rip. They killed the mood of the bar and many people left. I felt bad for them, but my ears hurt. A karaōke machine would have been better and much more fun and entertaining. Thank goodness there was no cover charge. You’d have to pay me big bucks to watch them again!

I saw this band in Riverside and they were pretty bad. It made me embarrassed to see these old middle aged men dress in hideous wigs and ugly 80s spandex outfits. It seems as though they were going through a midlife crisis and were reliving their high school days. The lead singer was off key and they ruined some of my favorite 80 songs with their renditions. No one was really dancing except for the drunks who didn’t know any better. I’ve seen grade school kids in talent shows perform better than they did. My friends and I had to cringe.
