Lisa is my goddess… we met right before I was going to get married back in 1995 at the Bel Age hotel. She has been fixing my face and making it glow ever since. I’ve since dumped the husband but not Lisa… I’ve followed her from WeHo to the Palisades to Malibu and now Santa Monica. She runs a beautiful spa in Santa Monica and has great products. Thank you Lisa for keeping me right, and for always being there for me!

Lisa and the staff at 7e are amazing. Lisa suggested a Torc treatment for me and it was the perfect way to kick off my diet. I felt lighter immediately. I love the soothing space. A great gem on Montana!

I have been coming to Lisa for all my skin care needs for over ten years. This beautiful new spa on Montana Avenue offers an incredible array of cutting edge treatments and results oriented facials. They carry Radical Skincare and other product lines that are brilliant. They are generous with samples of products to try and not pushy in any way. Another big plus is there is free parking in the back of the spa.

Montana Avenue! I’ve had facials at all the top places in LA and she is by far the very best. My skin looked dewy and radiant after the fantastic facial. I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. My skin has never looked better. I can’t wait to go back!

This is my FAVORITE little spot for a beauty/​body re-​charge. I wholly believe in the myolift facials and always plan them before a big event. staff is super friendly and the nice warm towels and robes are very pampering. there is also a good detox infrared sauna.

7e Fit Spa is such a gem! I’m a makeup artist and I am very picky with estheticians and beauty professionals I work with, and the facials I get here are by far the best I’ve had. You know how you say «I’m gonna start getting regular facials» — I’ve actually started doing it since coming here. If you start coming here regularly for facials and treatments you will see a difference in your skin for sure! The treatments here are very relaxing, they use beautiful products, oils, natural scents. I love how they do your whole face, neck and chest with the facials.
I’ve gotten a few treatments here that I’ve really loved. The myo-​lift was amazing — after just one treatment I saw firmness and plumpness in my skin and reduced wrinkles around my eyes. The infrared sauna was great and I felt super purified after. I also got a lash tint that was super dark and beautifully done.
Overall I love the treatments and the customer service here is top notch. I love that I can get non invasive beauty treatments that really improve my skin. Definitely worth it! My new favorite spa.

I recently moved back to SM and so pleased to have 7e Fit Spa in my area! Lisa and her lovely, knowledgeable staff make each session so relaxing and fun. I’m addicted to Torquing and the MyoLift! Torquing provides me with an additional workout for the week while receiving the most AMAZING and effective Myofacial. You have to try it and see the great results!

I did the infrared sauna for half an hour and felt like I was in a tropical Island! It relaxed my body and mind and got me ready for my signature facial with Corrine (She is amazing!!) I got my facial two weeks ago and my friends still say my fave has a GLOW to it. Robert up front was very friendly even made sure I was Ok in the sauna with a polite knock! Everyone is super friendly and the spa is very clean and fresh! Will 100% be going back ASAP and bring along a few other friends ;).

My boyfriend and I visited Coreen at 7e Fit Spa for for Deluxe Signature facials with Diamond Peel (exfoliated tip wand), that left us both feeling brand new. Coreen exfoliated my entire face of dead skin cells, lightly sprayed vitamins, minerals and essential oils, infused with hyperbolic oxygen, and finished with vitamin C serums, anti aging moisturizers and plumping lip smoother. The best part of the spa is the convenient boutique setting and product consultation! Not one item was pushed on me and I went home with everything I needed. This is my new maintenance one stop shop!

Ok they have this Torc machine that works out your core like you’ve never done before! It goes so deep I noticed my posture is better and I’m just physically stronger in general. Not to mention the ab definition! I’m addicted! Luv it!!! Try it out! My only hesitation in writing this review is not wanting anyone to take my appt times!
The staff is amazing as well! They’re so friendly and great!
