I went to get a smog check, received great customer service, and left within 20 minutes. No hassles, no gimmicks.
I was greeted warmly by Rudy, the mechanic, who quickly performed the smog check within 15 minutes. The cashier was also very friendly and speedy.
From what I could tell, there were plenty of cars in the parking lot awaiting to be serviced or to be picked up by their owners, which tells me that they see a lot of business. As I waited for my car, three other customers stopped by to get their car serviced. This is an added assurance especially when trustworthy mechanics are hard to find.
