I love this store. I always find what I am looking for and the employees are almost always so bubbly and nice! I do suggest that they get another cashier though.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I understand you have new employees from time to time. you also need to train your new hires the proper way to use your pharmacy computer database. If you do not train your new people correctly they will not know the problems within your computer database. Your computer system seems to want to kick out customers prescriptions when a generic medication becomes available. This seems to be a good way to save your customers money, however your customers time is also worth money. By doing this you create unnecessary delays for your customers. The other problem is there’s a billing issue between your computer database and most insurance companies when your computer does the modification to a generic medicine. This is very dumb! Please get it together or you will continue to lose customers to other pharmacies in the area. Which by the way there are several other pharmacies within one square mile of your store!

Terrible customer service! I’m recovering from a c-section and very uncomfortable. I put my toddler and infant in the car and headed out at 10:00pm to the drive thru pharmacy to fill my rx. There was a car in the closest lane so I pulled in to the second lane. The pharmacy tech was talking to the customer in the closest lane for approx 10 – 15 min while I waited my turn, in the mean time, two cars had pulled up behind that customer. Finally the first customer drove away and the tech said to me, «the speaker you’re at doesn’t work very good so you’re going to have to pull in to the other lane(which would make me third in line rather than being helped right then)» and she proceeded to send my rx paper back to me. I started to tell her that all I was doing was dropping it off(I was going to come back an hour later to pick it up) so there was nothing further she needed from me besides my rx paper(she had all my info b/c I have filled Rx’s there before) but she hung her receiver up while I was still talking! So incredibly rude. This lady is Hispanic, mid 40’s, with bangs. She is consistently the rudest one there.

I switched to this pharmacy because of the drive through. I was prescribed medication after a major surgery. The pharmacist on duty asked that I come in because she needed to speak with me. I had just had major surgery! Had to go in with my mother. She was horrible. She questioned me about the medication as if she was questioning why I needed narcotics after a surgery. Not just a simple procedure mind you! The only reason I gave the 3 stars was because I called and spoke with the manager/pharmacist. He apologized for her behavior and also informed me she was no longer there. Didn’t say if she was let go. That’s not what I wanted. She simply needed to be spoken to. Maybe she had. Several times? The pharmacist I spoke to today was amazing. Very helpful. Hopefully I’ll be able to give 5 stars one day.

I dropped off a prescription and waited ½ hour. Then I get a call that they are not only out of the antibiotics, but they don’t take Anthem Blue Cross from SB School District, one of the largest employers in the county. Go to Costco or Rite-Aid.

This pharmacy is okay but only if you’re their only customer. God forbid they have an actual line to assist, they are very unprofessional with poor customer service. I had a problem with my insurance card, I asked if they would call the pharmacist phone number on the back of the card(as they normally do in such a situation) the lady told me «we’re understaffed but if you wanna come back tomorrow night I will call». Why wouldn’t I be asked to come back in the morning at least? I had to handle it with no help from them. I get it, places are short staffed and I’m usually very understanding of that but almost all of my experiences at this pharmacy are similar. They must really hate there jobs because it surely shows.

The pharmacy is so fast! Professional. Great service. I have the Walgreen’s Prescription Savings Club card, and the person helping me was able to instantly do a price comparison against what the prescription would cost using my insurance instead; so i was able to make the most money-saving decision on the spot.

Where is the zero star?! Not even worth a one star. Absolutely the worst service ever!(Pharmacy) I was placed on an automatic hold for 55 minutes, when the woman answered she placed me on hold immediately after except she instead hung up on me. I was going to switch to their pharmacy but they have the worst pharmacy customer service and that is well known. Tried to give them a chance, now I know for myself that I never will go to them nor will I recommend them.

I recently switched to this pharmacy because frankly it had a drive through. Well that was a bust and didn’t really work out at all. The pharmacy staff made me feel awful, the asked me tons of questions phot copied my ID and look my paper prescription. I came back 4 hours later for them to say sorry we can not fill this for you, the pharmacists was joking around with other employees and he made me feel like a drug addict, I’m sorry I didn’t know that filling prescriptions was that in incident for a pharmacist. The front desk girls were nice and helpful but, I switched back over to CVS because of this treatment. #sorrywallgreens #customerservice

I have used Walgreens for the past 10 years. However their current customer service has been horrible at the pharmacy department. Ive switched my prescriptions to Target bc they are either very rude or refuse to answe questions on medications. The store staff is very friendly though.

Get the Walgreens app for any smart phone it’s so easy to scan a prescription and it tells you when to pick it up, no hassles. You can also get a rewards card on your phone scan every time you buy something and get points and discounts.

I have done business with Rite Aid for two years and never had a reason to switch until I moved here to SM. The transfer from my San Diego Rite Aid and the Santa Maria Rite Aid was a DEBACLE! I went to Walgreens across the street and got stellar service & the clerk even saved $ 70 off my prescription by suggesting a program & she took the time to realize why I was there to begin with & suggest other OTC products that could help my condition. I couldn’t have been more impressed with their service and how they treat their customers. They earned my business from Rite Aid.
