Uniforms & More

I appreciate when a store goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I tried on several outfits. Some fit and some did not. This store was out of my size. The staff made a phone call to one of their other stores and brought in what I needed. Every one that works here is friendly and efficient.

Went here because our manager provides us with free uniforms from here and the lady who works there told me they had to order my size and then call me when they have my uniform ready because they didn’t have my size in the store. They never called me until 1 week ago and I went in the store today and the nice male that was cashier said they didn’t have them so another short lady with dark hair came by and told me she had put them back because it has been a long time that they been on hold for me.
I told her that no one had called me and she kept saying she has been calling me every week and I never answered, I told her no she only called me 1 time a week ago. And she kept telling me no that she has been calling with an attitude and then I told her she probably has the wrong number. which she did. point is. she was rude and didn’t even apologized for HER mistake. I don’t even want to come shop for other scrubs or accessories here because of the bad customer service I received today.

Love it huge selection and have two clearance racks always stocked with multi sizes staff is friendly and helpful prices are moderate-​high but worth it I love all my scrubs from here alway great quality and new styles! They also sell clogs and medical accessories. They are usually open 10 – 6 during the week.
