First time comming here and it won’t be my last. Everyone is really friendly and nice. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Next time I go I am going to get the unlimited monthly pass.

I have the family plan monthly pass for two cars. It’s a wonderful value, assuming you get your car washed every week or so (which we do). Their hours and location are convenient. The staff are very friendly. We are so glad that this business has opened up in Orcutt.

Will never be coming here again. Tipped the kids who were working and was looked at like I was doing them a disservice. Who knows, maybe I was. Also, as the guy waved me forward and directed which way to turn my wheel so as to align correctly with the track, no one informed me that I should lower my antenna and therefor, it snapped via the machinery. I’ve had my car two weeks and it’s the first car I’ve ever owned with an automatic antenna. You would think that either of the guys washing would’ve alerted me to this tid bit of information upon seeing it was still up, assuming that I probably didn’t know. When I called and reported it to management, they told me in a nut shell that it was my fault I was unaware and uninformed. Some customer service, I’d say.

Pretty good facility here in Orcutt!
PROS: probably the best car wash in the area; only a year old, and the owners maintain it well; easy in/out access;
CONS: the mechanism for cleaning the rims is marginal and sometimes there is dirt/grime left at edge of my undercarriage
I like Splash n Dash, both this location and the one in Santa Maria. While its all automated and no hands on service is provided, it is an efficient service.

Best car wash in Orcutt. Your car comes out clean!!! The staff are very nice, and my dog always gets a treat when we pull up for a wash.
