took in a curtain because of one spot. I got it back and it looked like it had been bleached. very unfortunate since I rent and the landlord asked it to be done as a favor — now it is ruined! Prices are too high for poor quality and curt service. older English woman is very rude no matter how nice you try to be to her. Also makes customers sign a disclaimer so they can destroy your items and hold no responsibility. So if you want poor service –come here.
