Domino’s Pizza

Decent food, terrible customer service. Couldn’t get helped at the register for almost 5 minutes. No one knew what they were doing. Never again.

Dominos does put out a good product but they have terrible customer service. This particular location is the worst. We always place our order online because the online tracker allows you to track your order step by step. It always says that Biridiana is «making our order to perfection,» sometimes she does and sometimes she doesn’t. Sometimes we get a pizza that looks so good we can’t wait to dig in and other times we get a pizza with hardly any cheese on it. The inconsistencies in the pasta bowls are worse. I have posted photographs of absolutely delicious looking bowls but on other orders we’ve gotten sad looking bowls that are less than half full and the pasta is crispy because there wasn’t enough sauce to cover it when it was baked. The manager is incredibly rude. Listen lady, you need to check your attitude at the door. It is unfair that you treat paying patrons like shit because you’re having a bad day. The delivery driver named Rocco is a pompous douchebag who feels entitled to keep your change as his tip. If you’re in the mood for Dominos do yourself a favor and drive to the Orcutt or Nipomo locations because it’s clear the staff at this location needs to be retrained.

Absolutely terrible service! The pizza was warm and the store is .3 miles from where I am staying. They seemed to have forgot plates and peppers twice now. The manager was very rude and hung up when I said I was going to call corporate headquarters. Don’t expect parmesan cheese because apparently they don’t have it anymore.

Domino’s pizza is what it is quality and flavor-​wise; you know that when you order it. But the service at this Domino’s is ridiculous.
The employees can’t form a coherent sentence, can’t find the specials when you call to place an order, and don’t bother to mention they’re closed for takeout when you place a *takeout* order!
I first called and tried to order for takeout, but the girl on the phone couldn’t find the specials so I told her I’d just use the app instead. She said «Ok,» and that was that.
So when I arrived to pick up my order, the doors were locked and the two employees just stood there looking at me with giant eyes and a blank silly look on their faces.
Since my order was prepaid by card, I let myself in through the employee entrance to the right since it was wide open.
They looked very shocked, as though they couldn’t figure out why I was there. I gave them my name and the man working there shoved my pizzas at me. I asked if they were closed and he said, «For takeout.» Well then why were my pizzas on top of their oven labelled *for takeout*? And why didn’t they mention this when I placed my order… nor did the app deny my order when I placed it? Or why didn’t they call the number listed on the order to tell me this or ask if I wanted it delivered instead? What were they going to do with my pre-​paid dinner? (I’d really like to know the answer to this, just for kicks!)
Really — that was just a completely ridiculous experience. I have never seen such idiocy. Free entertainment perhaps.

I was told 35 min. Its been an hour and I’m still waiting I stay at the colonial motel their ads on the room key thought I’d give it a try and I will never use them again

Located at oak and miller. Only a mile away, but we we’re out of their delivery zone. Luckily, Pizza Hut 3 buildings down wanted the business.

My chicken buffalo was burned, very poor service, I will not go back

I ordered a medium three topping pizza and a Philly Cheese w/​extra provolone… The convenient online service is awesome and kinda fun… The delivery was super fast and the quality of the product surpassed my expectations. The sandwich was excellent although I did feel a bit guilty as a gobbled it down… If you live near this DP chances are you won’t be disappointed.

I have never had a bad experience with this local Dominoes. I am a divorced 50 year old who occasionally like to have a pizza and dominoes is always quick and thrifty.

This place is great if you pickup your own pizza. They need to fire the whole delivery staff and start over!

Yea … ordered pizza from the Dominos on main street last night … never again. One of the pizzas was a pepperoni with bacon. Got the pizza, and looked at it. The bacon looked like it is thrown on after it was cooked, and thrown back in the oven to reheat it. The bacon was all burned. I called to complain … and they sent me a new one. Got it, I asked the driver to wait a second so I could make sure it was fine, and he just walked off in a huff. The second pizza, while not burned or anything… had like one piece of bacon over the entire pizza … so there was like nothing on it.
Mark the Dominos on Main Street off the list of places to order from.

Every time I have ever ordered Dominos, I ask them specifically not to ring the doorbell. Every time they ring it anyways and wake up our daughter. No more ordering here, no matter how hungry I get!
