Creative Property Management

We moved from Houston to California. We rented a place having only seen it in pictures. The manager at the time, Bobbie, said that it was highly unusual to do that and was hesitant, but she went ahead after all our deposits and paperwork was approved. We rented for 2 years from Creative Property Management. Anytime there was an issue they immediately sent a professional over to fix the issue. There was never any waiting when we called them. Late in the 2 yrs we were renting, a new manager came. Carlos. He was also very nice and took care of everything. We left our rental home only because we found a home to buy in the same town. We left the home in Move– in ready with nothing that had to be done. Carlos appreciated that so much he immediately gave us our deposits back. I would highly recommend this management company from a renters point of view.
