Went here because the line across the street at In n Out was horrendous.
1) drive thru attendant took our order with a bad attitude, that was clearly felt through the speaker box
2)fries were soggy and cold!
Get it together Carl’s Jr.!!#

Wow, the reviews on this particular location are SO misleading. I know it’s «just» Carl’s Jr., but I don’t know that I have ever had such exceptional customer service at any establishment!
We have stopped by here a few times to use the restroom and grab drinks, etc. since it’s right off the freeway, and the people are always SO kind, the dining area and restrooms are always VERY clean, and we now go out of our way to stop here when we are in the area ;) I would honestly recommend coming here above the Applebee’s down the way.

Disgusting bathrooms. No toilet paper, seat covers all over the floor. No one working at front only drive thru. OMG I’m done with this town!

Went here for lunch today decided to do drive thru as i didn’t have alot of time. Was ordering for my husband and myself told the girl taking orders that I wanted a chicken taco salad combo chocolate chip cookie diet coke size small then told her my husbands order a double famous star nothing but the meat and the bun size large with coke. The girl in the drive thru when i got up to the window was very short with me i went through my order when she handed it to me as i usually do to ensure that nothing got lost in translation i understand it happens. Realized she didn’t give me a double famous star but a single irritated she told me she would need to charge me for an extra patty then took the sandwich back and had the guy in back throw on another patty. I don’t know what protocol is on these things but i believe they are supposed to remake the order not just hand you back the same burger with a patty added to it. Anyhow, she shut the window abruptly i checked my order again and realized she did not put in my chocolate chip cookie she didn’t so i waited for her to open the window. Irritated she asked me what i needed I told her she forgot my chocolate chip cookie and she said accusingly I didn’t charge you for a chocolate chip cookie! So i told her well go ahead and charge me for it I would still like to have it. She took my debit card with attitude and ran it again for the chocolate chip cookie. I asked her when she handed me my cookie if I could trouble her for one more straw as i was ordering for myself and my husband and only saw one that she had given me. I then said thank you very much politely as I understand its a tough job to work in fast food and she said nothing to me just slammed the window in my face. Now I understand maybe your having a bad day but common you work with customers on a daily basis throughout your shift and we are the first thing you see! This girl was very rude and in my opinion has no business working there or any place in customer service. I didn’t get her name or complain or anything I was just going to let it go but when she didn’t even bother saying have a nice day or thank you or anything and just slammed the window in my face I mean seriously common. I don’t really recommend this Carls Jr there food isn’t spectacular and after how rude this girl was i doubt i will be going back to this one.

Stop #3 — Nourishment for the road.
This was the very next exit after the 2^nd stop. It’s almost 7 am, I’ve been on the road for 3 hours and even though I had a bowl of cereal before leaving, I’M HUNGRY!
I’m almost half way to my destination, I want to grab something quick so I can get back on the road and «fast food» meets all the requirements.
I pull into the drive-​thru and order a loaded breakfast burrito.
I pull up to the window and no one is there for a minute or two.
The burrito was tasty enough and the service was A-​OK… for a fast food restaurant.

I love the Santa Fe Turkey Burger. It’s a welcomed change from all of the beef and tastes wonderful. *** WARNING — if you use your ATM here, you get charged a extra $ 1 ***

I love this Carl’s Jr!
Normally, GREAT service, however this last week when I went there, there was a lady that was very rude and short with the customer in front of us and then with me. I had said Fried Zucchini with my combo and she read it back to me with fries. I said «oh no it was zucchini» and she said «I can’t change it, it is already in the system.» I was like…“umm I haven’t paid, so it can’t be fixed?” and she said «NO MA’AM, it can’t» RUDE! I was taken back but went with my fries. Not happy camper.

Ehh, it’s typical Carl’s. Staff was friendly and my burger was warm, no complaints.
