Got a couple of slugs working the counter. Damn girls don’t know a thing about customer service and apparently don’t have a clue on how to ring out boots at a place with «Boot» in the name. Waited in line for over 10 min… Ended up walking out without even making my purchase because the employees took forever. I’m very disappointed in this Boot Barn location and don’t recommend it.

I’m used to shopping at the boot barn in Atwater California but since I’m traveling on business with my husband decided to go shopping rather than being in the hotel room all day. I walked in wasn’t greeted I decided to try on some boots as I’m walking to sit down I nearly bump an associate and she says excuse me didn’t greet me didn’t ask if I needed help… there was 3 people working and I was the only customer in the store none of them offered help so I decided to leave… I’m walking out gentleman ask if I found everything ok I said no I was not acknowledged he said I’m sorry we are really busy with merchandise coming in… I’m sorry I have worked retail before your customer is your priority…

I showed up at 5:05 the neon sign still said «OPEN»…I WALKED IN AND the gentleman at the door said «were closed «.I even asked if I can grab a shirt real quick. and he told me «NO».there was still people shopping inside.

They close at 8, got there at 7:50 and they let us stay as long as we needed. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice selection of boots, clothing, and accessories. I would go back again.
