I used Bill’s Fine Furniture Repair and found their work to be exceptional, prompt and their service to be courteous. My antique chairs were repaired, stained to match and perfection is what I received at a fair price.

Oh my. I wanted to so give this company the benefit of the doubt. I had a simple drawer repair. They had the drawer for 5 weeks. The one worker told me that if the paint didn’t match I could put the drawer on the bottom — it was a middle drawer that could not have been placed on the bottom. When I finally picked the drawer up there needed to be detail work done. Over-spray and drips. I paid top dollar for sub-standard work. Sorry, Bill.

Initially I was impressed by these guys but they really let me down in the follow through. We moved to the Central coast from Chicago recently and some of our items were messed up in the move. Our moving company contacted these guys to fix our furniture. They came quickly assessed the repairs and came back to fix everything… or so I thought. We were told they have to come back after staining a piece. Ok — no problem. 5 weeks go by and finally we call them. They inform us that our stuff is complete… can we come tomorrow? Why did we have to call them and more importantly wait over a month? So they come the next day during a time I specifically said that my son is taking a nap.(The furniture was in his room). They say they will call and set up another time. 6 weeks later, we are still waiting for a call. So frustrating.
