Very nice experience for my first visit at BevMo. Large, clean and well laid out store. I was asked by two separate sales people if I needed any assistance. Friendly girl at checkout counter was very pleasant.
Prices are good, but not great. But I will continue to shop here for my beer and wine and liquor needs.

Just had a call from Tina, customer found something belonging to me. She tracked me down. Great customer service, thank you Tina!

After living in CT for 2.5 years it is so nice to be able to go to a BevMo again. I love the variety of wines and beers. And those 5 cent wine sales. Fantastic!

Bought some cheese that I didn’t realize as soon as I got home that night it was expired for 3 weeks on the shelf!!! It was thrown away, but I still called to let them know their cheese was (needless to say cheese are made that way, but the point it stated 5÷4÷15 and it’s the 25^th doesn’t count for me as «good». I called and spoke to a Desiree. She was kind and apologized, but to with no means to offer to replace for what it was worth! It’s chump change to me and I didn’t expect it in return, but the point is customer service is key. Take your old stuff off your shelf too!

First time shopping here and it was a pleasant experience. Was greeted when I walked in with a hello. Walked all of the aisles and while browsing around staff came up to me a couple of times to see if I needed help finding anything. Prices are better than other places unless those places have good sales. I bought quite a bit of stuff and the cashier packaged it all nicely. Will definitely be back. 4 Stars because they ran out of my Crown Royal Apple!

Just had the worst experience at bevmo ever! My wife and I shop at bevmo all over and have never had not one issue ever! We walked in 5 min before 7 pm which is their closing time which we were unaware of and we went in for a few specific items and the staff was very unhelpful due to the time and one staff member continued to count money instead of helping us look for an item. At exactly 7 pm we were asked by Erik to goto the front asap because they were closed. So we looked for about 1.5 min to find the whiskey I drink and during that time I was asked at 7:01pm again to goto the front to check out. Then the lights were shut off by the manager Adam before we even got to the front!!! Keep in mind we exited the store at 7:03pm! So all this took place in about 6 min! The worst bevmo we’ve ever been!

Not my the best selection but the best selection in our area so I give them 5 stars. I’ve never had a bad experience and I like that most, not all, of the employees have some to high knowledge about beer varieties.

Great customer service I had over the phone. I was looking for Jim bean with cola and I asked the guy if he could contact me for more information. He checked with his manager and called me back the same day. I really appreciate this kind of service and it saves me from driving all over the place to get an «exclusive» item. I like shopping here all of the time for alcohol because they have such good deals.

seriously guys? come on it is freaken Bevmo! where else are you going to have this great of a selection of alcohol?! love this place and love trying out new stout beers here!

Excellent selection of beverages and friendly staff.
PROS: I like the vodka choices, and the bier auf Deutchland ist sehr gut!
CONS: it’s an adult candy store — no complaints here!

Had a great friendly experience. Variety was outstanding with many fine wines. Pricing is better than anywhere in town. Staff was helpful in finding the wine I was looking for and recommended a couple nice wines we enjoyed. Also a vast selection in beer. Thank you BevMo

I’m 55 so my days of pounding down piss water are over, according to my doctor and wife. But the party’s not over. No sir. Bevmo is a clean, well lit place that conducts itself like a boutique. I’ve never before shopped for beer like this: 24 oz bottles of micro brewed elixirs from all over the world, with varying percentages of alcohol content, from around the world. The prices are better than than those seen the urine retailer ruining the property values along north Broadway too! The wine selection will further inflate the worst stuffed shirts driving 101 toward Shell Beach or Santa Barbara. There ‘s aisles of hard stuff and exotic mixers too. Did I mention the reasonable prices?

Terrible experience, at the hands of the store manager no less. We looked around and selected a couple of six packs. Get to the register and the guy (wearing a name tag that said «Store Manager») asks to see ID. I told him he’s pretty terrible judging age, for working at BevMo. He proudly proclaims that they ID everyone under 50. I told him that’s a pretty stupid policy, and handed him my ID. He turns around in one motion and swipes it through some reader!
Then he insists on seeing my wife’s ID as well. We objected. He claimed this is also their policy. We then declined to buy our items, and I told him that I was not happy that he swiped my ID. He asked to SEE it, not to run it through a machine. Despite his assurances that it only reads the birth date, I would be very shocked if it does not feed my DL# into their register to group it with the purchase. And in either case, he did not have my permission and did not adequately inform me of his intent.
I’ve had problems like this at other BevMos before, but never to the point where I refused to continue the sale. It’s one thing when there is a law that must be followed. It’s completely different when a company decides on its own to go way overboard on their policies, even to the aggravation of their customers and lost sales. It’s worse when it is the store manager inflicting all this, with not even a whiff of concern.
I’m seriously thinking of never shopping at BevMo again until they start respecting me as an adult. This guy was completely stoic and did not even care that we left upset. THIS is how you run your stores, BevMo?

This place is legit! Booze, cigars, caviar, and cheeses! Very user friendly layout and premium selections of beer, spirits, and wine. The beer selection is bar-​none and they have plenty of rare single malt scotches. Awesome glassware section, too. This is the place to go to acquire primo goods when you feel like getting crunk!
