0 stars. .my mother recently got her eyebrows tattooed here… I went to pick up my mother after she was done… her eyebrows are so uneven… not lined up… ridiculous !! Customer service is ridiculous. .don’t go here!!!

I went to get my brows waxed… Autumn is the chick that did it up. She did a clean job!
The girl at the front desk looked mad that I went in there lol she should smile when customers walk in there!

This review comes from a long time costumer that has scheduled with Veronica and a couple of times with Maria.
Note that this salon won’t be the «costumer’s satisfaction comes first» type of place, at least they won’t care about your needs after a while. They do some stuff to get your trust, through «insight» and by offering you good service *initially,* but that will eventually change no matter what, and you’ll start noticing their egocentric and very rude attitudes.
Your first consultation will likely start with some psychology trash-​talking about your old hairdresser and telling you how «wrong» she was fixing your hair. They’ll be offering you something to drink and will use good products to leave your hair soft etc. they’ll try to please you to earn some points. Later their «I’m smart and you’re stupid» attitude will surface. If you’re lucky with Veronica, you’ll be averagely happy with her job.
Be ready to pay a lot for an average job with a very poor treatment after a couple of visits.
Veronica started refusing service to me because I’ve more than average short hair, and that required for her to actually work to earn the almost $ 200.
The last visits Maria rushed my service and I ended up with an awful color, with patches of different colors and over and very DAMAGED. She topped it off by blaming me and minimizing but still charged big.
I don’t see how they’re so good criticizing one’s old hairdresser if eventually they’ll offer you poor service in all aspects.
The 1 star I’m giving is because I actually liked the products they use (shampoo/​conditioner).
No one keeps going there after a while. Take your $$ somewhere else where they’ll at least be polite.

They are expensive and use «awesome» to remove color off your skin… Awesome is an all purpose cleaner but not for people’s skin. It’s against STATEBOARD looked up laws and regulations for cosmetologist after getting a rash from my service.

I have been getting my eyebrows done here with Veronica for about three years now. She specializes in eyebrow correction. I have never been dissatisfied with her service or been treated rude by any of the staff. I highly recommend her if you would like your eyebrows done!

Veronica is great! She’s been doing skin care and hair for a very long time and knows her stuff. This is the only place around that I know of that does lash perming and it always comes out great. She is really nice but also really busy (a sign of a great therapist) so call to make your appointment with her as soon as you know you need it!

My friend recommended me to Veronica for hair cuts and color. She had recently got a cut from her and her hair looked great. Her hair is thick and has some curl in it, and mine is more fine and a lot more straight. I took her advice and had Veronica give me a hair cut. Veronica did a great job pointing out the flaws left by the last hair dresser that cut my hair, so it sounded like she really knew her stuff! However as I went home, I noticed she didn’t cut my hair correctly for the type of hair I have. She cut it as if I have thick hair. My layers were «chunky» and totally didn’t blend well with my hair. And the layers aren’t even neat. That type of cut is fine if you have thick full hair, but on my hair it looks like a layered cake… Thick, separated layers.
I think I’ll go back to Bluebird in SLO

I scheduled for an appointment for mom 2 days ago, and called to confirm that we were on our way the day of the appointment. When we got there, the lady in the front desk told us that we didnt have a schedule and another client of theirs with the same name I had, had made the same exact schedule with the same exact hairdresser we made an appointment with. (Just my luck, huh?) and we were told by another lady working there that we can just wait and SEE IF SHE CAN TAKE US AFTER SHE’s DONE. (No assurance)
…and the lady was kinda rude too. I think youd be better getting service somewhere else.

place is great sisters wonderful, but one lady I think Alma a heavier lady is very rude and does not seemed to know what she is doing. Bad service from her.

They are rude. They act like they are special but their skills are average. I would NOT recommded these «sisters» … tooo Unprofessional

They do a great job here, but always think they know what you want done better than you do. It’s nice to get advice, but not when they ignore everything you want for what they want to do.

I went here because i had a gift certificate. and i regret ever going. so i had a appointment’s with one of the ”color specialist” i wont mention any names because i don’t want to ruin a business. but this place was horrible any way, i went in to see her and then i found myself moving from chair to chair never had one person doing my hair, they left me under the heat. and they were gossiping and jumping from customer to customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. at the end my hair came out TERRIBLE ! i got simple highlights and then there was spots all over my head. i told the woman i was upset and she came over to me and said ” mija its normal it looks like that, once you come again it’ll look better” I Was MAD. and she just left me there to go work on some one else. my highlights where only 80 $ but i gave them the full certificate of 100 because i never want to go back to them again. i went to another salon the same day and they told me that they left me under the hair dryer too long and did not mix the toner and color correctly. OMG this place is Horrible. i emailed one of the owners of how i was upset. NO response. i would advise you yous DO NOT GO HERE. unless you want unprofessional, gossip talking, obnoxious, women. im not one to write a review. but this place was a mess. the people leaving good reviews are family for sure! because i cant imagine anyone wanting to go here.
