First found Reliable on Unilocal.I must concur with the other reviews – they came quickly, were polite and thorough, reasonable cost. Jerome was our service tech – he did a complete job of figuring out why one room was too hot and the other too cool. He also rewired the thermostat and made it work. We’re calling him back to complete the work agreed before. Altogether an experience which was 100% satisfactory.

Great service! Angelo, the owner, responded quickly and professionally to a call on a Saturday morning. Not only did he take care of the problem quickly, but he took the time to explain what he did and was polite and professional. Despite the fact that it was the weekend, the cost was quite was very reasonable. We will be calling Reliable Tech for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs going forward.

We have a 7 year old Weill McLain boiler that was not igniting all the time. Joseph from Reliable Tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Rather than the ignitor causing problems, it was a leaky diaphragm in the pressure switch that was the culprit. He replaced the part and the boiler works perfectly. Also, he did a thorough cleaning of the boiler parts. Reliable tech is the only Weil-​McLain certified technician in the Santa Fe area and I recommend them. stephen markowitz
