Who doesn’t love simple, delicious fries? Happened by this truck right around lunchtime, and I’m glad I stopped! Light or medium salt on your fries? Medium! I love salt. And the garlic aioli with the fresh cod fritters… Don’t find those around here very often. Worth a stop!

Fries and fish to die for. Pete seams to have this down to a science. Mouthwatering sauces. Passionate preparation. A must try if you’re in the area.

Search this truck out. The fries are fantastic and the fish fritters are delicious. The aioli sauces are just yummy. Peter is on to something really great. It’s worth the trip

Definitely the best fries in Santa Fe. The fries have an awesome crisp on the outside with a softer center to the thick cut fries.(The thinner cut ones are delicious, too!) They’re fried fresh for you. Peter definitely knows what he’s doing and is passionate about his food, which translate into deliciousness. I love idea of fresh-made daily mayos. The aioli was tasty with my cod fritters(and my fries), and I enjoyed the habañero green chili ketchup, which had enough heat to be flavorful, without overpowering the flavors of the ketchup and chilis. Although these are«artisanal» fries, the food truck doesn’t give off the pretentious air that some food trucks do, now that food trucks are now hipster and affluent foodie cool, and Peter is friendly and down-to-earth. If you’ve made it this far without seeking French fries, I commend you.
