This is in response to the comment from Dr. Peck: I’m sure you do have plenty of people leaving you positive reviews. However parents, or any consumer, have a right to know anything negative about experiences with a business. It helps everyone when trying to make decisions about who to go to. I use Unilocal a lot to see what others think of businesses I’ve never been to. I read positive and negative reviews all the time. A lot of times I ignore the negative reviews and decide to see for myself. 8 times out of 10 though the negative reviews were right on. I’m sure my negative review will not result in a great loss of business for you. With that said, I have every right to share my experience and that of my daughter’s whether it benefits you or not.
