Super busy location, but convenient. Drive thru lines are long at rush, but generally moves along without too much delay.

Horrible drive thru service!!! Lady dropped my money on the floor then threw the food at me and slammed the window. this definitely ruined my morning it made me so mad I couldn’t even eat my food how can people have no customer service!!! If you can avoid this mcdonalds there is others close by please please do so.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick breakfast before heading to Colorado. We ordered 2 sandwich meals and waited. It took forever to finally get our orders. My wife took a bite from hers and found the bacon was missing. She took it to the counter and got the sandwich completed. I took a bite from my sandwich and found the sausage was missing. Same workflow followed. When we got ready to leave, a policeman had just arrived, presumably to evict the homeless who stayed overnight paying for their room with a simple meal. I asked him if he was there to arrest the incompetent staff. His reply was that NM residents don’t eat there, just the tourists. I wish he would have been there when we arrived to guide us away.

Well, it’s 9 am and I’m at Micky D’s for bfast. The offering is much the same as every other McD around the country. I’m sure the prices are the same for every franchise restaurant around Santa Fe. Employees are pleasant and courteous and greatly deserve a substantial wage increase. One might also advocate for employees to join a Union for increased collectively bargaining power. Demand side economics are the key to a healthy economy. Consumers with money to spend makes the economy function. Higher wages are essential. Restricting the money supply through banks with high costs of capital on top of a near zero interest rate has brought us the largest wealth inequity since the 19th century. I feel like I’m dining on top of a massive pool of oppressed laborers.

Went here friday & i ended up getting food poisoning. How do i know? I ate here after getting out of school and all day i didnt ate anything else, it seemed weird to me till 11 at night i started getting a huge head ache, shakimg from feeling cold. The next morning stayed with a head ache, and had an upset stomach, to feeling nauseas, shaking of cold again and throwing up later that night. Then today on sunday morning i still have a head ache and an upset stomach. All this for eating 2 McChickens, fries, and a sweet tea. Not worth it…

It might rain, im actually giving a place 5 stars in New Mexico. But it is very well deserved. Someone noticed me while they were busy and helped me right away, with a greeting and smile. I ordered some fries and a drink. When I went to pick up my order, the guy noticed his mistake right away, and realized he charged me for a medium fry, when I had asked for a large fry. I told hin that it was fine, since it said that on the receipt, but he went and got me a large fry anyway. That guy deserves an award

Went through the drive thru. Ever since the pumpkin spice latte came out I stop by every Fri, Sat, and Sun. To buy one for me and my co– worker. On 11÷24÷13 the person taking orders in the drive thru told me they no longer had them. I could not see the menu board because it was dark and I asked him what kind of lattes they had and he told me, «it’s on the menu board» and I told him I could not see it but he just left me there so I said thanks for nothing and I left. There are too many coffee shops in Santa Fe and this store is one i will never visit again. Bad customer service is correct.

Consistent with what the previous reviewer said, these people don’t know how to take orders. Goodness. They had to keep re-asking us what we wanted. I know my dad’s English could use some work but he is good at making his point in ordering ICED coffee. Come on, the emphasis can’t be missed.

Two days in a row(and not the first time) these idiots cannot get an order correctly. Two days in a row they screwed up our order. If you still at the window to verify they did it correctly the staff yells at you to move away. After the order being screwed up today, I called the manager who would NOT offer an apology and instead told me to call their corporate offices. Considering that most of their staff has an IQ in the range of a garden hose, I am not surprised. They are clueless about getting orders correctly and could care less about customers. I highly recommend Sonic, Arby’s, Carl’s or Burger King because they treat you better. I won’t be coming back. This isn’t the first time they screwed up, but enough is enough. Especially when the unqualified managers cannot offer an apology about their lack of customer service.

I have been to this McDonald’s several times. The first time I went there I found something disgusting in my chicken nuggets, a toe nail. That was several years ago and when I called I was told that I was wrong and it was not. Being an intelligent person I decided never again to go there. I did not until today when I went there today I ordered a salad and a non fat mocha I am a blonde and I found several dark hairs in my salad. Based on my previous experience with management there I just threw the salad away and decided to right a review on Unilocal. Do not eat at this McDonald’s. It is gross and the standards are not good even though the front of the house appears to be.
