To be fair, our problem is inconsistent and ambiguous, and sometimes appears to be working and sometimes not. However, MCD was told that the problem was weird, and they were paid to figure it out and get it fixed. When the problem persisted after a service call, we were strung along over 4 weeks and several phone calls, never hearing from them, all without lights in our kitchen. We asked for a reimbursement since we’d paid them for multiple service calls but still didn’t have any lights, and – mainly – because there didn’t seem to be much hope of them ever coming back to resolve the issue. What we got back was a very defensive and angry phone call accusing us of having made them«run around» without compensation, and that there was no way we’d ever get any money back. So, not sure if they are incompetent or just rude, but we certainly would never use them for anything again.
