THEYDON’T EVENDESERVE1STAR !!! DON’T GOTHERE !! I went in there today to replace my Oakley sunglasses lenses into prescription lenses. This Spanish old man ALEJANDRO who speaks broken English, right away told me «NO, THEYCAN’T DOIT» without even ask me to see my prescription first. Because it’s a mild prescription. He said, I have to buy a new set the frame and lenses. Because it’s not all sunglasses can be replaced with prescription lenses. I said No I don’t need a new ones. My boyfriend bought me these Oakley a year ago, now I can’t wear them, I feel bad. I believed his words at first, then I called Oakley, they said to go to Lenscrafters. I flipped out, I was just there, i told him, and told him what that old man said. Oakley said that’s not true. OMG, i flipped out even more. I called and bitched out that ALEJANDRO, and of course there wasn’t any Manager to talk to. He said, he forgot to ask for my prescription. He asked me to go back there so he can take a look. I told him NO. Then I called their customer care and filed a complaint. Then I found ACOMAOPTICAL on Zafarano. They took care of me. They are really good and professional.

Ok the truth is I bought a cheap pair of prescription glasses online… of course they broke the first week. I called the company and they suggested I «just get them fixed somewhere». Hmmmm so I brought them into LensCrafters in the mall. Superb service with a sweet humorous man! He fixed them and cleaned them in minutes! No charge!!! I will be buying my next pair of glasses from them!
