The Howell Frank Gallery has changed names and is now the Worrell Gallery. Still has sculptures, jewelry and paintings by Bill Worrell as well as several other artists. Had to leave before I exceeded my limit on my credit card as there were several items I coveted. Not to worry though I’ll be back soon.

Frank Howell’s art was truly amazxing and awesome to look at. Not much else in the gallery stood out to me as «WOW» but Howell’s stuff was worth it. The lady running the gallery was very nice and friendly and let us just take our time walking around checking things out. Mostly southwestern artists featured here.

The Frank Howell Gallery is located just kitty corner from the historic Plaza in downtown Santa Fe. It’s got a nice collection of artists ranging from painters to sculptors to jewelry makers who live in the Southwest and whose focus is primarily of the Southwest and Native American cultures. While I enjoyed everything in this gallery, I particularly enjoyed Frank Howell’s images. This gallery is a fitting tribute to an incredibly talented Southwestern artist.
