Hobby Lobby

The selection is the only reason I’m giving two stars. I spoke with three employees — all were unhelpful borderline rude. One girl didn’t even acknowledge when I was speaking to her. I dont think I’ve ever been in a store where the entire staff was unpleasant. None seemed to be busy but were blatantly put out by my request for help. Long lines with cashiers talking with each other while the «customer service manager» was busy putting shelves together.

Well, I can officially say that I had the worst experience here. Too bad they’re not consistent with their service. I waited in a long line and another register finally opened up, so I went to wait in that one… two people were in front of me. As soon as the girl checked out the first person she told me her lane was closed, so I went back to the NO
W even longer line, was kind of irritated that she didn’t finish checking people out in her line. A few minutes went by and the lady in the short line had finally been checked out when the girl told me she was open again. That steamed me right there, there was no difference than if I were to have just stood in the same line and defied her… but instead I put all my purchases aside and said, «That’s ok, I’d rather shop somewhere else, this place is very bi-​polar!»
Michael’s is just down the street, they may be a little more expensive, but the quality of their product is better and their service, compared to this place, makes them them look like customer service angels! Do not shop here!

I went here for craft supplies to make homemade ornaments and they had everything I needed and more, plus they were having huge sales! (Always a bonus!) Would definitely go here over a Michaels type place– the day after thanksgiving it wasn’t even crowded and we had called michaels and they said it was a zoo!

The staff at this Hobby Lobby are exceptionally friendly. They are always interested in whatever project I am working on– but they don’t waste my time with small talk forever.
They are helpful when you’re looking for something specific and the sales are excellent. There is always something useful at a discount price!
This location also has a fairly good fabric section as well– you can find such lovely upholstery fabric and trim!
The only set-​back is that this chain plays constant Christian music and they are closed on Sundays.

We were here for beads and found what we needed. Huge store but easy to get around.
