Irina gave me a 90 minute massage today, and she is completely magical! I felt like it was completely and intuitively tailored to my problem areas. I’ve been suffering from asthma, and had a few problems (previously broken tailbone) that had been affecting my health. She really has a gift for sensing what you need, and by the end I felt like I could breathe better. She used many different techniques, as well as nice warm wraps and hot stones. It felt above and beyond, probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten.

I received the most wonderful massage this morning from Irina at Grace Note Massage. She is such a gentle soul — but with STRONG hands.
And their Earthship is wonderful. When you step in you feel like whispering so that you don’t disturb the serenity.
Just a lovely experience all around. This is where I will receive my next massage and this is where I will be referring my friends also.

Last week I had a massage treatment at Grace Note Massage. Irina and Tim are gentle, intuitive, and present, and I felt so comfortable to relax and allow the process of massage to help me with some physical challenges I’ve been experiencing. Irina really tuned into my needs and provided a healing and precise touch that really moved things in me, energetically and physically. She also showed me how I can do specific massage on myself daily to support the healing of my body. Finding Grace Note Massage was divine intervention, I’m sure of it. I travel pretty frequently, and know my body is under stress from time to time, so what are the odds I meet a certified massage therapist during my short stay in New Mexico?! The session with Tim was so completely relaxing, I thought I might just fall asleep, even with the deep pressure! He creates an extraordinarily comfortable environment, and possesses such an easy and warm manner, it’s tempting to book a whole months worth of massages as you’re leaving! I also found his knowledge about massage and the body’s natural cures wholly fascinating — in short: he knows what he’s doing! :)
