The manager Dan is great. The pharmacy is always on top of their game. But the real steal is the flowers there. Absolutely beautiful. Best floral selection in town. Awesome meats, wines and produce selection.

This place sucks. It’s super dated and depressing to shopping. Plus the lines are always very long, and the cashiers are always rude for some reason. The one guy always makes me take off my sunglasses every time I am buying beer, he says he needs to see my eyes but I’m pretty sure he’s blind anyway. I don’t know why anyone would shop here when there is a much, much better Smith’s 2 minutes away.

Teresa on the express line, on April 17 at 11:25 am is the rudest cashier I have had to deal with. She did not greet us, nor did she return our greeting. She didn’t say anything nor did she look at us until she handed me the bill. I asked her to please not overload the bags and she grunted something I couldn’t understand.

The other reviewers must have this store confused with somewhere else… I’ve shopped here for many years and never had reason to complain. They have ample parking. The store is clean and now fully remodeled. The staff has always been 100% friendly and helpful. The variety of foods offered is excellent. They have a good deli counter, a good butcher shop, good produce and a decent selection of packaged breads as well as canned, bottled and frozen foods… on the negative side, they could improve their fresh baked goods, and their drug store area. ASWITHANYMERCHANT, avoid shopping during peak shopping hours and you can avoid long waits for service or checkout… I’ve never had a long wait at checkout in this store and the checkers are all friendly but occasionally frazzled. Try smiling instead of complaining and see if it helps. I’ve shopped frequently at two of Santa Fe’s Albertson’s and two of their competitors stores since the early 90’s. This store is one of the top two in my opinion. I’ve never visited a five star grocery store.

Good googly goop are the lines always packed here. And of course there’s only like 2 checkout lines. The location is very convenient and they know it. The pricing is outrageous for the quality of food your are getting.

I finally reached the front of the line at the register after standing in line for more than five minutes when the cashier turned away to have a conversation with a friend. I waited politely for a couple of minutes then when I asked the cashier if she could check me out her friend looked at me and told me to chill. The two then ignored me and continued their conversation. I spoke up again, a little later, telling them that I was a customer and needed some service. All I got was more abuse. The place is ridiculous and their prices are among the highest in town. This is not the first time i received rotten customer service at this store.

Always a long line and rude cashiers. You should avoid this one.

When one customer service rep put an item I’d returned, because it didn’t work(I told him that was the reason) right back on the shelf, I considered giving a review warning customers. Tonight’s experience cemented it. A clerk left me waiting for 10 minutes, then told me I had to go to another register. When I complained that she should have told me that in the first place, she followed me through the store to throw me out, race-baiting me at the door, and threatened to call the police, though I’d done nothing wrong, because«My father’s a cop. I can tell him anything.» I’ve never seen such behavior in my life, anywhere. I thought she was going to hit me. Don’t go there. There’s bad merchandise on the shelves and worse attitudes at the front.

When they took out the self service checkouts. There was a big sign with the managers picture on it stating that«We want to provide you with personal service or valued customers. Now that the self service checkouts have been removed we(pledge) that we will have more than one register open for your convenience. LIARS! The times I have been in there on my way to work in the morning there is only one cashier on duty and a line of frustrated people and now express lanes open. The cashier is either to overwhelmed and rushed to do the job right or they don’t care and are slower than a turtle stuck in molasses. By the way, that pledge sign is nowhere to be found now! Bad business Albertson’s.

It’s not a whole foods or trader Joe’s. Variety was missing but got by in a pinch and the staff was really nice

This location is rather depressing. If you go after dark you’ll see that some of the letters in their sign have gone out. The decay continues inside as the first thing you see is a Starbucks but the first thing you smell is not-very-fresh fish. There are some aisle sections where the lighting has gone out and not been repaired. The structure looks dated. It’s large enough, but if you look closely at the shelves, you will notice that they are not well stocked and do not always have great variety. The surrounding area can also be sketchy.
